Réparti sur deux niveaux, il comprend un espace cuisine, un salon chaleureux, deux chambres à l’étage et une salle de bain.Le gîte est accolé à notre maison, sans aucun vis-à-vis, et pensé pour préserver la tranquillité de chacun. Il offre une véritable bulle d’intimité, avec ses terrasses privatives et son jardin tourné vers la nature.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

In this cozy and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, it is wonderful to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Situated in the heart of the Limosin countryside, Well Cottage is located within a small, very quiet hamlet in Chemin de la Vergnolle (formerly Bois Vicomte) just 3km from Coussac Bonneval home to a lovely chateau, resturants, pharmacy, Boulangerie, 7km from St Yriex la Perche which have all the amentities of a town and regular markets. Porcelain factories & shops nearby. Prices have been saved the same as last year.
