This friendly and spacious cottage has spaces dedicated to play and relaxation. You will be 3 km from Giverny, the Claude Monet Museum, and its gardens. The Château de La Roche Guyon, its French garden, its keep and its troglodyte parts are 5 minutes away. 300m away, you will walk along the Epte, Normandy's historic border river, in a park with outdoor sports facilities. You can also join the GR2 long-distance hiking trail for mountain biking or hiking.

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.

Welcome to Atelier 36! We welcome you in a former 50 m2 workshop completely renovated with 2 bedrooms, a living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom, ideal for a family with 2 children. Guests can take advantage of the 25 m2 terrace equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and BBQ. The house is located in the center of the village, with all the shops on site (bakery, butcher, supermarket) and parking facilities.
