Pleasant single-story house of 55 m2 with private outdoor space located in La Noue, not far from the shops of Place des Tilleuls (500 m), 15 min walk from Montamer beach. It includes: - 1 living room-kitchen opening onto a large terrace; - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200); - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200); - 1 separate WC; - 1 bathroom with shower. The house also opens onto a patio to enjoy a second outdoor space from the first rays of sunshine.

75 m2 house located 10 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 minutes from shops. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with a 200 x 160 bed and a 190 x 140 bed (sheets not provided) plus an extra 190 x 90 bed (suitable for a child but not for an adult). 20 m terrace facing south. The accommodation has Wi-Fi access and a TV (access only to Netflix). ⚠️ IMPORTANT Towels and sheets are not provided thank you I remain available if you have any additional questions.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.
