Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Salamis Island

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

We had a great few days in Athens- location was amazing- so central, lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Quiet even though it was in a central area. Plaka was a perfect place to stay. We walked everywhere. The patios and terraces were a standout- so lovely to sit in the morning with coffee or the evening with a drink- views of the Acropolis from the upstairs terrace. There were many places to sit and relax outside and it was private. The air conditioning was super. Kitchen was well stocked- we used the Nespresso and there were little milks in the fridge. We were met at the house when we arrived and when we departed. We were given clear instructions on how to use everything as well as local recommendations and maps. I would definitely stay here again. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. They had made the bedroom on the left of the house into twin beds, where 2 kids slept and then the other 2 bedrooms are on the right side of the house- one upstairs one downstairs

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Im März war es nicht immer Wetter zum draussen sein. Aber der Garten bot uns viele Möglichkeiten zum rumstöbern und geniessen und die Nachbarn haben sogar einen Spielplatz aufgebaut den die Kinder mitbenutzen durften. Auch das Haus ist gut ausgerüstet und wir wurden gut umsorgt!

Fabulous place to stay in Athens. Perfect location and gorgeous apartments. We had all 3 for our grown family. Couldn't have asked for more! 100% recommend.

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Beautiful spot in a great little town. We stayed the night after coming back in on the ferry before our flight left the next day. Great beach across the st and a beautiful home with excellent balcony. Also an amazing little town with some very friendly people and excellent food. Highly recommend

Wir hatten einen Guten Aufenthalt und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Gastgeberin hat uns bei Fragen stets schnell und freundlich geantwortet . Sogar ein früherer Check in wurde für uns möglich gemacht ! Die Wohngegend ist sehr laut, aber ich denke das dies in Athen meistens so ist. 5 Gehminuten zur Metro . Easy.

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

Maria was very responsive throughout our stay. She had restaurant recommendations, called a taxi for us when we first arrived, and gave us a tour of the home. The views from this air bnb are incredible. It is a bit remote if you do not drive, but, offers unparalleled views. If you are looking for some rest and relaxation this is a place that will allow you to breathe and unwind. The living space was open and spacious for everyone to gather, but, also offered smaller spaces to read or just enjoy the views from inside. The kitchen had everything we needed, and even had some provisions available when we first arrived. The outdoor spaces, however, were our favorite. We had coffee in the morning watching the sunrise, an afternoon swim, and wine in the evening watching the sunset. It is truly a special place.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airlonb in Athens! The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped-perfect for a comfortable stay. The view of the Acropolis from the apartment was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions, shops, and restaurants-ideal for anyone visiting Athens for the first time. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even arranged a pickup for us, and the driver was wonderful —friendly, punctual, and gave us a great introduction to Athens by pointing out historical sites and places of interest on the way. Highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Look no further— this is the most beautiful rental in Athens! The property combines the quality of being really tranquil and quiet, but also right in the heart of an amazing neighbourhood in Athens, with all the main attraction in easy walking distance. The flat itself is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated; there is a fantastic sun porch where you can sit out with a glass of wine and just listen to the sounds of the city. Another considerable, and unanticipated, pleasure was the impressive library of English-language science fiction novels in the library; as an English professor who teaches genre.fiction, I could have spent all my time just reading through it! But the lure of the city was too strong :) This is not the cheapest rental in Athens, but it is worth every penny. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

Our family of four (two teenage daughters) enjoyed our stay tremendously. Hot temps but the air conditioners worked very well and fast. Very clean and comfy beds. So much space. Details to consider... elevator doesn't go to the top floor with the master bed/bath. Nightclub across the street at the end of the block, must not run consistently website says Friday and Saturday but only Friday for us. The bass was loud and foot traffic late. Mature trees surround the house so expect bird nose in the morning. We found the bathroom space ample. Large shower room on the pool floor, a full wet bathroom on the first floor, main floor has a powder room, another full bath with separate enclosed shower on the top floor. Great wifi and smart TVs. Pool was larger and deeper than we expected, wonderful! Ate at a lovely dumpling place nearby and numerous restaurants within blocks I wish we could have dined at. Mini markets and food carts super close. Metro about 4 blocks. We'd absolutely stay again!

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Gorgeous house with the best view and outdoor space. Super clean. Amazing and helpful host. We loved every minute. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Wir waren zu 13 als Familie in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles Super und wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen können. Die einzigen Punkte die uns aufgefallen waren: - Kein Schlüssel für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Wir hatten auch Gäste da und bei so vielen Personen war das unangenehm. Der Gastgeber hat dies selbst erst bemerkt als wir eingecheckt haben. Für viele Mängel wurden die letzten Besucher verantwortlich gemacht. Aber ersetzt oder repariert wurde nichts, was wir schade fanden. - Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser für die Dusche nach Mitternacht. Selbst nach langem probieren gab es Nachts kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten bis zum morgen warten. Dies war nicht so optimal, da wir so viele Personen waren und ich mich abends für meine Hochzeit fertig machen wollte. - Wir hatten 2 Babybetten, jedoch fehlte die Matratze für eines und wir haben kein ersatz bekommen. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Villa empfehlen.

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

Christy was an exceptional host, and her place was simply stunning! The home is beautifully designed with breathtaking views, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway to truly disconnect. Christy went above and beyond, offering to pick us up from the port and always being available to help whenever we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

John is an amazing host! Very kind and hospitable. John is communicative and responsive, John shared recommendations from bakeries, to markets, to beach clubs, and restaurants. House is in a peaceful, safe, and quiet local neighborhood in Agia Marina. House, amenities, backyard, and pool as described and even better in person. Master bedroom shower so unique! Good water pressure. Mini market 12 minute walk away for waters, beers, snacks. Full grocery store close by too. 15/20 minute taxi to good restaurants and beach clubs. There is a washer machine in the unit. AC works well and very comfortable to sleep at night.

This villa is paradise! Separates you from the chaos of Athens and truly makes you feel like a local. If you plan to visit Athens as well, I would budget at least one hour to get there (each way). Pati’s hospitality is unmatched. The home is absolutely gorgeous, spotless, and has breathtaking views. We enjoyed every second of our stay and made family memories to last a lifetime. Pati helped us organize a private chef at the house to celebrate/surprise my parents for their 30th Wedding Anniversary. The food was spectacular and the experience was unforgettable. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a once in a lifetime way to experience Greece.
