The apartment was great, as there were shops, etc. Location was a dream because of the lake and surroundings. Lake Constance was also 15 minutes away, we went surfing, SUP and in the high ropes course there is a lot to do with teenagers. We had a dog with us, greeting for the dog was great with treats, etc., for us there were different drinks. Stefan was our contact person, he answered us very quickly when we had questions. The only disadvantage was that when the dog had to go for a walk, you had to take the elevator, because it was 3 floors, but we knew that from the beginning. Thanks for the wonderful time. It feels a very save friendly neighborhood and one lives very close to each other. I tried to make sure to observe well and blend in for not creating problems to the hosts with neighbors. Like banging car doors in late hours or whatever unnecessary loud noises. It’s like driving to your home and taking care of it as such. checkin and out is easy. Privacy is very respectful. I met one host briefly, living next door and we had a short nice exchange. I missed a toaster but this is nothing important:) A water filter was great to have. And the host offered some good wine of which chose a home bottled which was very good!. one can walk everywhere and through pleasant neighborhoods. Enjoyed the stay! Thank You.

Super nice apartment with large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet rural location and yet everything nearby, we will be happy to come back :)

Martina's apartment is really an insider tip for the Lake Constance region. The area is fantastically beautiful and less touristy than, for example, Meersburg. The apartment itself is super modern and spotlessly clean. The old town and the ferry to the island of Mainau, etc. can be quickly reached on foot. Shops, cafés and the like are only a short distance away. If you arrive by car, you can either park for free in front of the house or in the underground car park. It was a pity that we had to leave.
