Monthly Rentals in Salter Path

We really enjoyed staying here! It was nice being closer to the beach and the marina in Psalter Path. it was our first time on the island and even though the weather was not great we had fun. Thanks David for making sure we had some snacks and necessities in the house!

We loved our stay at Candi’s place! Beautiful property(beachfront), awesome condo(loved the decor), amazing pool/spa, friendly property manager, spectacular views, great balcony, convenient elevator!!! Everything we dreamed of when planning. Thank you for a memorable vacay…🩷

Martha was a lovely host. From booking her home to check in to our stay to check out, she was available for any information and was specific in her directions, recommendations, expectations, etc. Martha’s home was perfect for our beach vacation - the walk to the beach was SO nice and easy! And my son loved waking up to see the boats at the dock from the back balcony. Unfortunately it rained most of our trip but there were a few local things to do indoors to keep my son busy. The locals were so nice to us to also make recommendations when they noticed our NY license plate! Martha’s food recommendations were stellar. We went to a few and they all knocked it out of the park. I would definitely stay at Martha’s again in the future! ☀️🌊

Hands down, this condo gets a 10 out of 10! It was clean, beautiful decorated. The beds are so comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and outside on the back porch. It had everything we needed and more! We will be back!
