New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Shepherds Hut #4 at Avon Farm Near Bath

Our reviews say it all! We have been welcoming guests to Avon Farm since 2016. This is one of four beautifully hand crafted, bespoke shepherds huts by the renowned Greendown Shepherds hut. New for 2021 and comes with your own private, screened hot tub, fire pit, BBQ stand (just bring your own disposable BBQ) and log burner in the hut. The hut also has heating, shower room, gas hob and microwave. Set on a 230 acre farm, along the river Avon, with plenty of pubs within walking distance.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
