Perfect place, lovely host. The bed was comfy, the place very clean. I'll be back!

Had a great stay here! We walked to some great restaurants and loved the park. It was a beautiful place and we wish we could have stayed longer. The only improvement would be the directions for parking. The garage situation was confusing and in order to park in a Mint House parking spot you have to make a reservation and pay $15 to get the directions which share you must go into the apartment through the leasing office to get the parking pass and key fob to get in through other doors. You can only park in the loading zone for 10 minutes so I had to run around the building (while pregnant lol) use the code to get in, find the apartment, grab the pass and fob, and run back to the car to get in and park.

I love my stay here it felt right at home, everything was clean the bed was comfortable.

Morgan is a great host, and the apartment is cozy and fantastic. I highly recommend staying at Morgan's place. From the time I arrived until the time I checked, everything was easy and convenient. I look forward to my next visit and plan on booking the apartment again. My new home away from home.

A Hidden Gem in SouthPark! Our stay at this charming basement apartment in SouthPark was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. It truly felt like a private retreat tucked away in one of Charlotte’s most beautiful and walkable neighborhoods. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxurious. The furnishings were high-end and tastefully chosen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt spa-like. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, cozy living area, and beautifully crafted covered patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. We really enjoyed our stay at Patricia’s place. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. It’s a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and it’s beautifully decorated, very clean and in a perfect location! We parked our car in the attached garage and we were able to walk everywhere because of the close proximity to Main Street. Even though it is so close to downtown, it’s also located in a very quiet and safe area which is nice. I highly recommend her place if you’re visiting the Greenville area and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here after our busy wedding weekend and I'm so glad we did. After the first day, we decided to extend our stay another day. The property is beautiful, the family is nice and so are the animals. It was refreshing to live life without technology and just enjoy the serene surroundings. I loved every minute of it, and all of the little details Melodie made time to do. We'll become regulars returning more often in the future. Thanks so much Melodie for being awesome!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sara's place. We had a group of 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone! We particularly loved the huge kitchen and dining room, made it perfect for our group to gather together. We would highly recommend Sara's house!

We had an amazing experience staying here and would heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Josh was very responsive and friendly, and everything was smooth and coordinated very well, from self-check in and check-out. There are some very nice amenities in the bathroom plus snacks. The kitchen and washer/dryer were a big bonus for our stay. The sofa bed and bedroom were very comfortable, and we enjoyed watching the channels on the Roku. There is a grill outside plus nice rocking chairs and fire pit.

Douglas’s home was beyond perfect for our family mini vacation. We cannot wait to come back for a longer stay. The pool temperature is like luke warm bath water, perfect for all ages. As campers we enjoyed a nice relaxing night by the fire as well. You can tell Douglas put great thought into this home.

Olivia’s rental is perfect in every way! Clean, spacious, walkable to everything….we couldn’t ask for more. In addition, Olivia is very detailed in how to enter and exit, where to park, what is expected from tenants, things to do in the area and, most importantly, she is super prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for the full Greenville experience, this is the place for you. Conveniently located right off of Main Street with easy access to all the happening spots in town. The place was cozy and quiet with everything needed to enjoy your time in town.

Jeff’s place looks exactly like the pics & location is perfect being downtown with lots to do. His crew was extremely friendly, helpful & very communicative. Any questions we had they answered within mins and made us feel right at home. The pool was open & beautiful. Neighbors are friendly & quiet. Didn’t have any problems. I hope their place is available to book again when I return!

The place was very nice, within walking distance to almost everything, restaurants, museums, stadiums. The building was nice with lots of amenities. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and very welcoming after a long day exploring the city! Thank you for providing us with a perfect stay to beautiful Charlotte!
