Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. Welcome to your holiday accommodation in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Here you live with proximity to nature and Gullmarsfjorden's fishing and saltwater swimming. Grocery store, restaurant and a larger shopping center are 10 minutes away by car. The accommodation is a good starting point for visiting Bohuslän's all excursion destinations and fishing communities in summer and winter. Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Walking/jogging just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Proximity to many of the west coast's summer pearls such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping center and road E6. During the peak season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Villa Holmen offers a quiet and natural accommodation, perfect for families and for those looking for relaxation and outdoor life. The house is child-friendly and is secluded with proximity to lake and nature. Boat is available to borrow at no additional cost during the stay (please let us know in advance).
