Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Take the opportunity to stay in a detached guest house, close to all of Bohuslän's gems. Here you live with sea views of Gullmarsfjorden, with a swimming area within walking distance. Canoe is available for loan during the stay. The house is equipped with a 140 cm bed, two single beds in the loft and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is tiled and has underfloor heating. Bedding and towels are NOT included. Guests clean

Located in scenic Torreby, just 300 meters from the first tee at Torreby Golf Club. 900 meters to the marina and 1.3 km to the swimming area of Apelviken with both a trampoline and a sandy beach. The house is modern and fully equipped with everything that may be needed, with open spaces and plenty of room for both rest and community. An oasis for golfers, swimmers and nature lovers looking for peace and comfort.

Come to ready-made beds in a cozy little annex, with proximity to the lake (salt water) and the forest. Perfect for those who want to swim, fish, pick mushrooms or just relax in quiet surroundings. Only 5 minutes from the exit on E6 800 meters to the nearest swimming area with salt water. Short distance to Torreby Golf Club and salmon fishing in Örekilsälven. Gross area of the cabin is approx. 25 square meters. Single beds can easily be moved and turned into a double bed, 160x200 cm. Covered terrace for relaxation outside.

Huset ligger i närhet av bla. pärlorna Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Grebbestad och Lysekil där Havets hus finns. Riktigt mysigt ställe året runt. Beläget i granitens rike med många fina berg, omtyckta av bergsklättrare. I närområdet finns det många salta bad, golfbanor, djurpark, bergsklättring och vandringsleder. Busshållplatsen heter Uteby och har väldigt bra bussförbindelser. 600m från huset

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
