Beachfront holiday rentals in San Agustín, Maspalomas

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

A really enjoyable stay. The location is excellent and the beautiful beach and promenade are on the doorstep. Equally, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and local shopping places all within easy reach. Fernando was a most excellent host and he also provided great ideas for things to do. We particularly liked that he arranged for an airport transfer to/from the apartment for small and very reasonable fee. Not sure if he will be doing this in the future, but we would highly recommend he does because it's a great touch. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. The balcony is a wonderful feature and allowed us the privacy we were looking for. Fernando remained on hand throughout our stay and responded quickly to a few queries that we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts. An excellent experience!

We had an absolutely amazing week in Maspalomas! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a breathtaking view that we never got tired of. Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this destination!

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Oliver ha sido un host impecable, contesta en seguida y es muy detallista en sus descripciones. Lo único a comentar es tener en cuenta que el agua caliente se termina bastante rápido. La posición es genial y el piso tiene todo lo necesario, también disponen de una canasta con sombrilla y algunas cosas para la playa! Todo genial de verdad!

Nous n’avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour, super logement, calme, propre et à côté de tout !

The apartment is really nice and right in front of the beach. A lot of amazing places to visit within walking distance. The host is really kind and helpful and is always reachable. We enjoyed our stay there very much and hope to come back here again someday!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Traumhaft ist der Garten, die Terrasse, der Pool und das gleich dahinter liegenden Meer. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.

Really lovely place. As it’s residential apartments we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all day every day. Local to supermarket and some nice bars and restaurants. The beach is literally outside the back gate and down a flight of steps (there are a few but relax because there is a lift part of the way) Fred was a great host. Sent us recommendations for local restaurants which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend Fred’s place.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Marco e Carlos per 4 notti, ci siamo trovati totalmente a nostro agio in questa casa nuova e accogliente. Non mancava nulla (abbiamo cucinato ogni giorno), c’è la TV dove poter vedere Netflix ecc. e la posizione è ottima, accanto alle dune di Maspalomas e a 20 minuti dall’aeroporto. Solo la camera da letto è un po’ buia.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, abseits vom Massentourismus, und man hört das beruhigende Rauschen des Meeres. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Bianca, die Gastgeberin. Sie war unglaublich fürsorglich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Vorab hat sie uns viele tolle Tipps geschickt – von schönen Stränden über gute Restaurants bis hin zu interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Gran Canaria. Einige davon haben wir ausprobiert und waren begeistert! Auch die Umgebung lädt zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen ein. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Bungalow, die Lage, die Ausstattung einfach alles war perfekt! Zen und Wolfgang waren so unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer mit einer wundervollen Aussicht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hier her, absolute Empfehlung!!!

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Raquel, il est très bien situé et équipé. Nous avions prévenu que nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants, du coup un 3e lit était présent dans la 2e chambre. Tout est possible à pieds, plage, activités, courses, restaurants... Sur la terrasse il y a un coffre avec des accessoires de plage pour les enfants. C'est un logement que nous recommanderons à nos proches qui souhaitent venir à Gran Canaria. Merci !

Super soggiorno nell'appartamento di Mirian Ester, il cmplesso non è adatto a chi ha difficoltà motorie ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato ottimo, al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era pulito eprofumato, gli utensili della cucina completi così come stoviglie piatti etc tutto in ottime condizioni. L'appartamento ha una taglia per 2 persone massimo 3 ma solo se la terza persona è un figlio, punto di forze è il terrazzo che volge a est con magnifica vista del mare. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità se dovessi ritornare a Gran Canaria sicuramente ritornerò nel vostro appartamento

Ubytování bylo úžasné. Vše vypadalo tak, jak jsem to viděla na fotkách. Apartmán byl čistý, uklizený a s úžasným výhledem na oceán. Ocenili jsme i bazén, který je součástí pronájmu apartmánu. Dlouho jsem nepotkala hostitele, jako je Max. Je velmi ochotný, se vším nám poradil, byl milý a neustále na příjmu, když jsme něco potřebovali. Jako velký bonus vnímám to, že nás nechal na apartmánu v den odjezdu déle, kvůli pozdějšímu letu, bez jakékoliv problému. Cítila jsem se jako doma. Děkujeme, Maxi! A těšíme se na příště!

Un departamento maravilloso. La vista al mar impresionante. A pasos de la playa. Recomendable 100%

Die Wohnung ist so wie Rosario sie beschreibt.Schlafzimmer und Bad sind sogar etwas größer wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem Toplage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten keine 100 m entfernt. Restaurants von günstig bis teuer alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Natürlich nicht zu vergesse, die Terrasse! Wirklich toller Ausblick, wir haben was sehr genossen! Wir hatten Glück, die Apartments neben uns waren nicht vermietet.. Klare Empfehlung für diese Wohnung, Kommunikation mit Rosario war gut und zeitnah.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut ( inkl Geschirrspüler) und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Der Strand nebst Schöner Strandpromenade ist in 4 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung befindet sich auch das Einkaufszentrum San Agustin welches gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Lebens ( z.b. Spar, Hyper Dino ) und Restaurants beheimatet. Die Wohnung hat ebenfalls einen Parkplatz.

Wij verbleven de afgelopen 10 dagen in het mooie appartement van Kim. Aan alles is gedacht, het voelde echt als thuiskomen. Je merkt gelijk dat hier veel tijd en liefde ingestoken wordt. Het contact verliep heel goed en we kregen ook wat leuke tips. Wij hebben erg genoten en willen graag een keer terug komen!

We had a great stay at Marianka’s apartment! The view from the balcony was stunning and inside it was just big enough for our family of 5 (including a 1 year old) . The apartment complex was a little bit noisy so hopefully the neighbours didn’t had any problem with our little kids and the noise they sometimes can make. The beds are hard, so if you like softer mattresses be aware. We had a few windy days where it was advised not to go into the sea. On those days we drove with our rental car to other beaches nearby like Puerto Rico or Puerto de Mogán. The apartment is ideally located: San Augustín has everything you need but is not that much of a tourist hotspot like other places we’ve seen. And if you like to immerse yourself into the tourist life you can get there within a jiffy!

Great find! We booked a last minute trip and were lucky to find this little gem of a flat. The views to the ocean are incredible and wish we could always wake up to those. The host was super responsive, they even sent a message to let us know there was a carnival going on one night. Definitely recommend, very clean, bright and modern.
