The location is unique, with direct access to the beach from the complex itself, bringing you closer to nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m, a wardrobe, shoe rack and dresser with drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2m and a desk from where you can see the pool and solarium area while resting. The living room has a four-seat sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from where you can not only see the sea but also hear it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a four-burner induction hob, a microwave oven and small appliances such as a juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, griddle and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer for a small fee. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four Jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all the safety systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. Gran Canaria's sports offer is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, devoid of extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing...) And for nature lovers, the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world, making it worthy of the description of "miniature continent". Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. It has 12 Spa and Thalassotherapy centers equipped with spectacular facilities that offer a wide variety of exclusive relaxation and beauty treatments. A 10-minute walk from the apartment, there are the Thalassotherapy centers of the Orquídea and Gloria Palace Hotels located in Bahía Feliz and San Agustín respectively. In short, Sun and beaches, Culture and sports, History and nature, Tradition and Avant-garde, Leisure, fun and excellent cuisine, is what our island offers throughout the year, with an average annual temperature of 24º. I am an open and outgoing person with various interests, willing to share my favorite corners of the island and the best restaurants. Our apartment is located in La Playa San Agustín, a wonderful location, in a small and quiet complex on the beachfront of San Agustin Beach with direct access, where you can disconnect from the routine. Among the highlights is the terrace, due to its location it receives sunshine for a good part of the day and has two sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor dining area and awning so you can enjoy your meals outdoors with the pleasant breeze and listen to the sound of the sea.

A HOUSE ON THE EDGE OF THE SEA¨

Salinetas is a small, familiar beach. It is very quiet which allows you to rest, go out for a swim or sunbathe on the sand. The beach is a few meters away from the house, looking like it flies over the sea and this privileged situation will allow you to enjoy both the views and its surroundings. You will have all the necessary amenities to enjoy a relaxing stay, with unique views of the sea giving a touch of infinite peace, making the holidays enjoy to the fullest.

The kitchen opens to a spacious and bright living room. It also has a large terrace and garden area. Very easy access apartment, for being on a ground floor.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Seafront apartment, first line.

Cosy frontline beach apartment . Consists of two spacious bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. It features a nice bathroom with a walk in shower and a washing machine. It also has two balconies, one of which overlooks the beach and the pool/jacuzzi, located on a big solarium that sees the sun all year round, surrounded by lovely garden areas. You just can't get a whole lot closer to the sea without being in it!
