Not far from major attractions, great food and shopping near by. SA riverwalk, SeaWorld, Six flags, Gruene, New Braunfels, tubing the river all with in 30min.

Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer.
