Monthly Rentals in San Carlos Island

Sandy's place was exactly what we were looking for. The location was close to the beach,stores were very close and there were many restaurants. Sandy was very responsive to some of our requests. My son and granddaughter joined us for a week and loved the location. There was a pool and exercise facility at the location. The pool and exercise room were very clean. We were very happy for the month that we stayed there. We are thinking of renting it again for next year.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and easy to find. It was clean and nicely decorated. I personally liked the fact that it was uncluttered with lots of open space in the living room. I would definitely stay again.

Andi’s place was exactly what we needed. We had never been to the area so wanted to get something accessible to FMB as well as Sanibel and Captiva. We had coffee on the porch with warm sunshine, which was welcomed after a long MA winter. We walked each morning to FMB, just across the bridge, got coffee and a breakfast sandwich and then walked back. We wandered so hard to tell exactly direct distance, but it was not bad at all. The neighborhood was quiet with the exception of some construction across the street, but they were only there during the day and we were gone. We love to cook in but this vaca we did not. The kitchen had basic items like salt and pepper, plates , cups, wine glasses, etc. the house had all the beach gear we needed! We so appreciated the beach wagon, towels, beach bag, chairs and umbrella. This was KEY!! Thank you again, Andi for hosting!

Really nice place - modern, comfortable, clean. Morning coffee on the deck above the canal, so relaxing. Within walking distance of Ft Myers Beach (over the bridge), restaurants and bars. Loved having our beloved Aussie along - short drive to the dog beach! Would definitely return to this beach house!
