Great stay. Location is simply amazing. Rooftop has gas grill to make great dinners overlooking ocean.

We had a great weekend in San Diego staying here. The apartment is very clean, building is chic, and the bed was very comfortable. The area makes it central to walk / drive to lots of different neighborhoods in San Diego. The actual surrounding streets aren't very cute to walk on, but it is still a very convenient location and 20 minute walk to the Midway Museum / Broadway pier. The host was great and highly communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

We had a great stay over the holidays. The condo was clean, within walking distance of great food options and steps from the beach. We also appreciated the water bottles in the fridge and basket of snacks since we arrived late the first day and hadn’t gone shopping. The beach toys and boogie boards were a definite positive and we loved the holiday decorations throughout NCV. The only recommendation I have is for a slightly better equipped kitchen for those who want to eat in (no toaster, coffee pot is old, few spice options, limited pots/pans/utensils, oven door sticks) but nothing that detracted from our overall enjoyment of the property.

This is my favorite place we have stayed in San Diego. Easy, direct beach access, comfortable apartment with all the beach gear and well stocked in the kitchen and pantry for everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Great place, lots of room and so many extras! Everything you could even imagine needing for vacation. Heather and her husband were so kind and welcoming, and were available to us during our entire stay. The home offered plenty of space, and anything you may need to cook full meals, beach items, and laundry supplies. Will definitely return!

It’s honestly such a beautiful spot – right by the water with ocean views. The place was super clean, cozy, and just perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The host was really friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill, peaceful beach retreat. Would totally come back!

I parked my vehicle and didn't have to drive it until we left! Everything was within walking distance and worth the views while walking. I loved the view from the balcony, the beach was close. We left the windows open for the fresh air, just a fan as needed. I absolutely recommended this place, Mindy was a beautiful and wonderful host. The bed nearest the window was so soft and the sheets were so comfortable! Mindy, where did you get those sheets? Everything you needed for a beach day was already in the apartment, no need to bring your own! It was free of clutter and absolutely beautiful facility. The pool was not overcrowded, we did not indulge. The koi pond was serene, bring some quarters to feed them. The foliage and flowers around the property attracts beautiful butterflies. This is a must stay place!!! Thank you Mindy for accommodating my needs and time frame. You were the only one that was so flexible! THANK YOU!

This condo was exactly as represented, probably even more so. It was very lovely and everything was very well presented and cared for. If you’re looking to do some beach time, there are thoughtful touches such as beach towels, chairs, playmate cooler, beach bag - and a ball to toss around while you’re at the beach. The living room had a couple of cozy throws to help with the evening chill. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms were pristine (everything was really) and the beds were comfortable.

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Nick's place in Solana Beach. The condo was lovely. It was a super quick and easy walk to Cedros for coffee, treats, shopping etc. And the beach was very close as well. We had all the amenities we could want. Thank you for helping make our family vacation a special one.

Our stay at Matt and Trish’s home was so great! Our kids immediately were occupied with all the toys/books/bunks that were available, we had an easy breezy check in and check out, the house itself was lovely and offered more than enough comfy space for our family of 4 and we were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Matt and Trish were very kind and responsive hosts and it felt they truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We’d absolutely return the next time we visit the area.

Thank you so much! It was truly special for us to come together as a family to celebrate our son's graduation. We had a fantastic time enjoying the outdoor area for a BBQ, sharing wonderful conversations around the fire pit. I really appreciate all of you for being so attentive to my questions. Thank you!

Lori's place was a great spot near Mission Beach. She and her team were very responsive and friendly. They allowed us to check in a few minutes early to accomodate our toddler. They had a pack n' play, as well as plenty of kids books available. The rooftop was great, and the space was clean and as advertised. The stairs were a bit tricky with a two year old (there were a lot of them) but we knew that going into it. Overall, a family friendly spot with great proximity to the beach and local restaurants and coffee! They also had boogie boards and chairs for the beach, which was a nice bonus. I would recommend!

We had a great stay at Christi and Charles's place. The house and outdoor area are very spacious, modern and relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need, and there are several great restaurants a short walk away. Everyone in our family remarked on how comfortable the beds were . Charles and Christi were superb hosts and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful home and neighborhood!

Jacquelyn's home was a great home base for our visit to family over an extended weekend! Thoughtfully and comfortably appointed with great amenities for adults but most notably our toddler, who loved the abundant selection of books and toys - little touches like the Hatch made us feel like it was our home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeways for reaching any parts of greater San Diego and San Diego county. Host had clear instructions, responsive communication and easy-to-follow labeling where needed. Would happily return!

We rented Yan’s home for my graduation weekend. It was amazing…roomy, very clean and beautiful surroundings. There was plenty of room for my family of 6. The pool was sparkling and heated, there was ample seating inside and out, and we had everything we needed …plenty of linens and well-stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay there in the future!!

The rooms were spacious and Sheena was very responsive and helpful. Her house manual was very easy to understand. When we stepped inside, everyone loved the smell of the house which made it feel very welcoming. Thanks for the rental, we had a fun time at San Diego!

I stayed here with my husband and two children who are 9 and 12 for a week. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax between our exploration of all that San Diego has to offer. I’ve stayed in a historical homes before and I just love their charm. This historical house has so much love and beauty put into it. I was able to do yoga on the garden patio which felt so peaceful. We brought our bikes (our preferred mode of transportation) and biked to balboa and downtown. You can’t beat the location. It’s central to everything. We were a 15-20 min drive to all the beaches. There are boogie boards and beach blankets provided. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need plus some extra groceries if you run out of something (we ran out of cereal and Tania’s pantry helped save breakfast!). This Air BnB is what I see as the intention of Air BnB… someone opening up their home to you so you can feel “at home” on vacation. The entire vibe of this space is perfect. We loved it!!!!
