We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Great place to stay in Anzio!

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Davide was very kind and attentive at all times, the apartment was pristine and modern, the only thing that would be appreciated would be a microwave. Everything else is perfect and the apartment is located near the station and a few minutes from the beach. I would repeat the stay.

A relaxing oasis in Nettuno – highly recommended! We had a fantastic week in Nettuno, Italy, and this place is really a gem for those looking for a relaxing holiday. The surroundings were incredibly beautiful, and the large, beautiful pool was a centerpiece for many fine days. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. An extra bonus was the beautiful house cat that came on daily visits – a welcome feature! A small minus was the location. We would have liked to have a rental car, as the road to shops, restaurants and the village itself was a bit risky to walk on without a sidewalk, and with cars driving fast. Uber was also not available, but fortunately the locals were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation for us. Despite this, we would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in a quiet environment.

We felt very comfortable in Andrea's apartment. The check-in was very pleasant and we also got tips for activities and restaurants in the area. As a further plus, I would like to emphasize that a high chair was provided to us on request. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore. The house and the furnishings were as described in the advertisement. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next town, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool was great. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this house.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

The villa is wonderful, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

The word "sensational" cannot accurately describe Giosy, her mother (Mrs. Assenta) and her apartment! It is wonderful, a charm with "vintage" air, you feel in the 1950s! All clear, all charming, a hot, delicious bath, a very good WI-FI and a splendid view of the region of Minturno! Giuseppina is fantastic as a host and did not miss any details! One of the best AirBnb I've ever stayed in!! Enjoy to know the region well. There's a lot to do! Note 1000! Super recommend!!

It was a beautiful stay and totally relaxing. Great location and having a private parking space in Gaeta is priceless. Terraces with a fantastic view, clean house.

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

We came for 11 days with two small children. Davide was very helpful in every matter in which we turned to him, despite the fact that he is not on site. His dad was very helpful. He brought us and took us to the station. As for the location, it is a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from the center. There is a grocery store, bars and pizzerias on site. The nearest Conad supermarket is about 2 km away. We went to the beach with the little kids for about 5 minutes. I recommend this location to everyone.

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!

It was really like being at home. Paolo's villa has a wonderful, well-kept and spacious garden. The house is very cozy, there is everything you need, very close to the center and not far from the sea.
