Stefania was incredibly accommodating, proactive and responsive to all of our needs and questions. I was surprised that her home was even nicer than her photos. We instantly felt at home as the decor and ease of use was flawless. Stefania helped us with recommendations for dinner and activities and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. It is impossible to describe the beauty, peace and tranquility that this property offers. I would recommend it to anyone!

This rustic Italian residence met all of our expectations. We traveled as a group of four adults and three children. It is located in quiet surroundings with every possible item in the kitchen you could need. Its proximity to the village was a big plus meaning we could ramble down with the kids without any problems. It was a short drive to the lake where there are lovely areas to chill by the lake and/or rent kayaks or paddle boards. The host was exceptional and helped us to organise transfers and even some fans for the house due to the unusual high temperatures. As mentioned the rooms are not private but we didn’t find this a problem. The Wi-Fi signal was good in the living room and the patio seating was so lovely to spend time in especially in the early morning and at night. We would highly recommend this place to a family looking to explore this part of Italy as the local village has everything you need without being an area overly full with tourists. We were a group of 9 friends for about ten days in Gaspare's villa. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, both inside and outside. The bathroom is impeccable. The bedding is of very good quality. The kitchen is functional as in the photos. Gaspare is an excellent host: ultra responsive by message for all our requests and questions; strong proposals for activities around the accommodation.
