A home away from home :) Come relax in the heart of San Marcos in this cozy one-story house. We are located 5 minutes from Downtown San Marcos and 15 minutes from the river and the Premium Outlets. Perfect for a staycation or visiting college graduates! We have a fully-equipped kitchen area, free washer and dryer, and a patio area to relax. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress.
