“Marco's apartment is in an excellent position (in the center but in a secluded position), without the "passage" under the house, so it is quiet and well ventilated in the evening! The house is cared for down to the last detail and easily accommodates 4 people, thanks to the double bed and two singles, the kitchen is equipped and there is nothing missing for breakfast! Immediate communications with Marco and maximum availability also to help us in ' orientation by car within the historic center, as well as for parking. Also valuable advice on what to do / see, Marco is the perfect guide to visit this charming town! Highly recommended!”

“To anyone intending a short or long term stay in Orvieto, THIS IS YOUR PLACE TO STAY. Chiara's apartment is very good with excellent amenities and well located in the medieval quarter of Orvieto. Chiara is a wonderful hostess and very helpful, she made our stay exceptional. We stayed for 3 months from late October 2019 until late January 2020 and our needs for a warm and comfortable apartment were well met. The small sunny courtyard garden and outdoor seating is a bonus and wonderful for sunny days and outdoor dining. We didn't have a car but there is a large public carpark just outside the town wall with escalator access to the Piazza up the hill from the apartment; the incline is quite steep but manageable and gets easier as time goes by. Everywhere is close to walk and about 20 minutes finds you at the funicular which provides direct access to the hilltop town from the railway station and there are also circular buses to and from various piazzas within the town. Orvieto is a lovely town, not too big and while there are a lot of tourists in season it has managed to retain its own character and offers a lot of opportunities for different experiences as well as a wonderful food and wine.”
We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.
“Thank you very much Marco & Llaria for letting us experience a particularly rare experience in civita. This is the best accommodation so far. Their cooking is great, they can experience the best Italian specialties, and they can chat with their dinner. Very happy, their house has a long history, and it looks more beautiful and feels than the pictures. Living in this place where more than 10 locals live, you can avoid the crowds during the day. At night and early in the morning you are like owning the whole town. We were lucky and saw the morning fog, just like its name sky Like a wonderland in the city, sitting in their garden eating breakfast is a treat. If you want to feel the town in depth, they will not let you down, and it is no problem to have 6 people in 3 rooms.”
