Beach apartment holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

This was a Mother’s Day treat for my mom, she normally is picky about the surrounding, but this time she can’t stop telling all her friends how beautiful and great this place is. It has perfect view balcony, ocean below is crystal clear. Very well maintained facilities, has nice ocean front pool, room has most things needed to cook simple meals. The ocean in front is one of the best snorkeling spot on the island, we see lots of fish, sea urchin, sting rays and colorful corals right off the beach, had my best snorkeling experience everyday. The host is very responsive and always so nice and helpful. Our coffee pot broke the second day, and they replaced it with a new one in no time. The chef onsite cooks great food, if don’t feeling like going out, then you get decent meal on site. Calling font desk from the room will get your 5 gallon water bottle delivered right to the room, super convenient. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing panoramic views of the ocean & sunsets. Beautiful condo! Very quiet location and hardly anyone at the pool. Great place to snorkel steps from the swimming pool. Very safe area. I went for a walk and run by myself and saw many others doing the same. Restaurant recommendations from Bill were great! Laura helped us set up parasailing. We also did a snorkeling tour and spent the day at Mr. Sanchos’ Beach Club. We rented a car for the week and drove around the island one day. We had lunch and drinks at Playa Punta Morena on the other side of the island. Worth the drive! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall and hope to come back! This condo and Cozumel are the perfect combo!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

Jim’s place was absolutely amazing! The snorkeling right off the ladder was incredible. The water was crystal clear and a blast to swim in. We had a great jumping off the wall into the deep clear blue water! We felt right at home as the place has EVERYTHING you need to relax, cook and enjoy a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Cozumel. Ledge was a fantastic host and Ruby, our condo attendant, went above and beyond what we expected to make our stay great. Very nice condo in a safe quiet area. Beautiful beach and turquoise water make this place a must stay. Will definitely be back.

This is my second time visiting Cozumel. The first time we stayed at an all inclusive resort, this time we were traveling it a large group and decided to go the Airbnb route. We felt very much at home, safe, loved the location, views and Gary was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again, walking distance to downtown, grocery store, and ferry. The pool was cleaned daily, the snorkeling was my family’s highlight, very friendly staff. Met and exceeded our expectations

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for lounging any time of day. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking Playa del Carmen, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Great location to get to 5th street and the restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

The condo is as advertised, bright, quiet location, with some of the best snorkeling in the vicinity directly in front of the Mirimar Condos and the next few buildings north. Though there is a current to swim against going south. The pool is great, and the diving board into the ocean is awesome for kids and adults alike. The beds are comfortable, the AC worked well, and the space is welcoming. We could catch a taxi into town or anywhere else, within 30 seconds every time, right outside the building. This room is up a few flights of stairs, and while we assumed there would be an elevator, there isn't, but that is really only an issue the one time arriving and leaving with luggage.

The location of this Airbnb is north of the touristic/loud/ bustling crowd. It was so incredibly nice to have peace and quiet to enjoy the majestic views! The amenities are just as pictured but honestly don’t don’t do it justice! You just need to book to see the beauty of it all. Josè was extremely helpful and met us immediately upon arriving. He answered tons of questions and gave excellent recommendations! I greatly appreciated the communication from Matias along the way, too. We will definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious Katherine's condo was. The laundry room actually has a single bed and bathroom, so there's a total of 4 separate bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The condo was in great condition and very clean, which is often not the case with beach rentals. The property felt very safe and was well maintained, and there's a great open air restaurant by the pool that we ate at several times. Katherine was also very responsive whenever we had questions. I'd highly recommend renting a car because the property is about a 10 minute drive to downtown Playa del Carmen, so you'll want the convenience of being able to drive. Also, if you see comments about sargassum, we found that if there's days where it is bad at the beach at Mareazul, it will be the same way at any of the beaches in the area. They do a great job working to keep the beach clean, but there may be times where you can't avoid it regardless of where you stay in Playa del Carmen.

What a nice place. It needed a deep clean when we first arrived but most people wouldn't really notice. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo and it seems, I assume, most people don't cook as much as we did. But all I had to do was ask, and housekeeping literally came and took everything dish out of it's cabinets and cleaned everything. it was amazing!!!! The beds are surprisingly wonderful. I was so afraid of having a back ache because I like soft beds and these were very hard, but they are memory foam and I haven't slept that good in years. Looking to change my bed at home now!!! We will be back for sure!

We had a group of 6 friends (3 couples) stay here for the week of NYE and this condo gets a 5 star review from all of us. Easily the nicest airbnb any of us have stayed in and the pictures are pretty spot on. The balcony is HUGE and the kitchen and shared space are great for socializing, while there's still plenty of privacy and personal space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or make some drinks and was stocked with plenty of water. A maid came every other day, which seemed to work out perfectly. The water outside the condo was pretty rough for the majority of our stay, making it hard to use the ladder/swim, but we were able to get a few hours of snorkeling right out back (we don't have much experience with it, but would definitely recommend!) The pool deck was gorgeous and we mostly had it to ourselves, though the hot tub wasn't hot (could've been user error/turned off but worth noting bc we would've spent more time out there otherwise). The location is a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown, only 10 minutes from the airport, and cabs were pretty easy to find if we wanted to leave the car at home :) Would recommend a car for groceries or to explore the other side of the island - we used it more than we thought with everything being a quick drive and having the parking spot included made it super easy. Isabella and Matias were AMAZING from the very first message exchanged several months before booking. Matias was extremely quick to respond to any questions and was super helpful with both arrival and checkout, making sure to stop over in person to make sure things went well for both. Overall - would highly recommend both the condo and Matias in a heartbeat.

This is a great location for the money. Everything was as it looked in the photographs, and Matias communicated promptly and swiftly when we experienced a minor issue. The beach is literally at the doorstep (back door) of the property. The only thing I would say could be slightly better is that because the beach is a public beach, the shop owners around should do a better job of keeping the beach clear of debris in the sand. If you stay here, I highly recommend the chef service as it was superb! This was a lovely stay for us and our children.

Excellent condo with excellent hosts. We had the air conditioning go out and they responded within the hour and had it fixed within a day. It was our 2nd time staying at Miramar and this was our favorite unit. Location is great and the pool is wonderful. We’ll definitely be back!
