The apartment is in the center, so you can move to the north or south of the island. It is very spacious and has everything that the description indicates.

An incredible stay on the island of Cozumel! We had a wonderful stay with a SUPER host that made us feel at home! Marco greeted us personally, which is very nice and unusual these days on Airbnb. He gave us information and map orientation. I was so impressed to have the offer to make reservations for our car rental and scuba dives with some discount, too. His knowledge of the island and its history was impressive. Unique, with wonderful paintings and beautiful sculptures are in the home and garden. Cotton sheets, and beds are so comfy! A separate cottage for 2 is included The kitchen is well-equipped! There was a fruit bowl plus cold beers in the frig. What more could we wish for? Loved the warm clean pool! Each bedroom had its own balcony! Enjoyed the variety of CDs with player too. We will certainly be back and give this home a visit for weeks. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and groceries but a taxi costs just $2.50 USD in town. BIG Gracias Marco!!!!

Dayma’s flat is so cozy, has a great interior design and great distribution. Everything clean, including the pool and exterior furniture. High quality amenities, modern utilities and useful. She’s kind and always responsive.

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

The place is beautiful, the house is very spacious, everything is clean, we wanted to be in the center, the perfect location for walking, and strolling and restaurants. Mariano was super nice to us, always attentive, gave us many local recommendations and helped us book things. I highly recommend it!

My son and I stayed at Casa Blanca for 10 nights on a dive vacation. The house is large and has lots of space. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms and the larger bedroom has one large and one smaller balcony. There is also a bedroom on the first floor. Each bedroom is equipped with its own A/C. The property has high walls around it with a front gate but is decorated very nicely with murals and flowering trees so it feels very private. It's also a plus for those with kids as they can't wander off. Andrea and Willie were very responsive and available anytime we had questions.. The property is close to a Sam's club and adjacent grocery store and it's very easy to walk out to the main street a couple hundred feet away and get a taxi. The pool isn't huge but was at least 4ft deep and was refreshing with an outdoor seating area nearby. There are restaurants that are a short walk away (5-10min). I've stayed in 5 different airbnb's in Cozumel and would stay here again :)

When I return to Cozumel I would return to the same house, I felt right at home and well received and attended to.

Ulysses is a great host. The house of happiness is a very nice, nice, comfortable, very clean house, really you have everything you need to feel at home. Without a doubt some of the best Airbnb touched me.

The condo was amazing, beautiful views. It was so nice you almost felt bad leaving to do stuff! Very roomy and comfortable. Paulina was great and was very helpful if we needed anything or had questions. We will be back to Cozumel and would definitely rent again if we had a large group.

Spent a month and had a wonderful time. Host was super responsive anytime I contacted her. Messaged her that we were low on cutlery and the next morning 2 new sets, absolutely amazing. Came out to help us with a few things with no hesitation. Couldn't have asked for better. The pool area was fabulous and never busy. Could always find a chair.

Summer place is an excellent home away from home for those who are comfortable with living in town and not at a resort. The small room fridge and kitchen lets you prepare a light breakfast, as well as have a cold beer or wine with out having to pay a premium every time you want to eat or have a snack, or...be forced to eat the same old same old at the same place at an all inclusive. There are many places to swim and enjoy while exploring and really seeing where you've traveled instead of being cloistered in the same place every day. The only way to go for us!

We stayed on the ground floor with a grand view of the sea, in all shades of turquoise. Sleeping to the sound of the waves and enjoying a lovely pool and private seaside area. Very relaxing and beautiful. Close to the airport, but there is very little air traffic so noise is not an issue.

Sandos Playacar is a very typical middle of the road all inclusive in Rivera Maya. If you understand that you will be fine. The beach is beautiful, pools/waterslides are great for kids. This is not a place I would go on a romantic couples trip or a honeymoon, but for a family trip to let the kids run wild, it gets the green light. The food was typical all inclusive. The layout of the resort is long and skinny, so there is some walking involved. I personally didn't mind this as we liked to walk off some of the food and beer, and there is an option of a resort shuttle. My chief complaint was that they serve beer in plastic glasses that don't keep beer cold long. Some bar tenders would give you a can if you asked nicely in Spanish. Allan, was great. We had an issue with the transport back to the airport breaking down, but Allan reimbursed us and we took a taxi. Allan was responsive and communicated. I was a bit sketched out about using an AirBNB, but it was GREAT.

I like this place. The kitchen area, while not large, is probably the best-equipped one I've encountered in a LT rental unit, e.g., Circulon cookware. The apartment is well maintained and kept neat and clean. The second floor bedroom is large and bright. The rooftop terrace was better than I expected from the photos in the listing. It truly has a great view of the ocean, comfortable shaded seating and even a grill and smoker. The apartment is provided with good sheets and towels - not the hand-me-downs from the owner's house that I usually find. Periodic housecleaning services are included - something I've always had to pay extra for. The entrances to the building and apartment are very secure with integrated electric combination locks. And the location is excellent - a block and a half from the central shopping area and plaza, and a half a block from the waterfront. One thing that may bother some people is that the one bathroom in the unit is on the second floor.
