Apartment holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

My husband and I stayed at Tom's condo for 5 nights. The whole experience was excellent, from the moment we booked until the super easy check out. Tom was very responsive, proactive, helpful and friendly. The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well supplied. There was even a drinking water dispenser there. The balcony is huge (more like a patio), the view is breathtaking. Wifi works well. Air conditioner works well. Water pressure is good. There are even 3 bikes (!) and snorkeling gear. (by the way, the snorkeling, right in front of the building, is the best on the island). Honestly, I can't think of anything that I would change in that beautiful condo. We will definitely come back!

Highly recommend! The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, bath robes, lots of hangers in the closets, and washer/dryer. The roller shades on the balcony are great for blocking the sun in the hottest part of the day. We walked to several fabulous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean, beautiful and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the large balcony, which offered a view of the pool, but was also very private. We enjoyed the restaurants across the street and felt very safe. We were travelling with two young kids and the two bedroom set-up worked well for us. I will say the second bedroom doesn’t have a ton of privacy (slatted door with no noise barrier), so while it was perfect for our toddler, I could see that it might be challenging for adults. Many reviews say the apartment is close to the beach and 5th avenue. At the time that we were there the “shuttle” to those places was out of service, so it was a ~25 min walk minimum. This wasn’t ideal to do everyday with two toddlers so I wish we would have known that in advance. Also, the “pool bar/restaurant” was never open during our stay - I did ask the host about it but didn’t end up getting an answer. Again, just some inconveniences that you would hope to avoid traveling with kids.

the apartment simple and impeccable just what we needed ! close to tooooodo two steps from the center and where the boat arrives. the divine area! the apt super arranged and clean! I would only add a sliding door between bathroom and kitchen. that I think it is missing to make it perfect. all great! would always come back! Recio relaxation and excellent quality!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ed's condo. We usually stayed on the north side of the island, and this was our first time in the heart of the city. It was fantastic! We walked to dinner every night, making the location excellent. Ed's place is very nice, just as described. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed great views of the water and sunsets. The condo is well laid out, nicely decorated, and has cold A/C. The pool was great, and the guards and property manager were very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely time, felt at home, and hope to return to Ed's place on our next trip.

We chose this large unit for a family vacation based on location. We are familiar with the Residences Reef area. Quiet with lush surroundings. Two great pools and beach front. Unit is large. There was an incredible table in main living area that we gathered around. The wraparound deck of this second floor unit was like an entire additional living space. Parking is easy and property has security. Groceries are not too far away. You will need a rental car. We had what as needed in kitchen for simple meals at breakfast and lunch. Went out to town for dinner each night. The unit has some maintenance issues but none impacted our stay. Traveled with a toddler and found crib, toys, etc. This unit was perfect for our week in Cozumel.

The place is as described In the pictures. We have a good stay. The room is big and the AC works fine and also there is a powerful standing fan if you prefer. The kitchen has the basics if your ever decide to cook instead of going for tacos. The TV and internet worked fine (good speed) without interruptions during our stay. There is hot water in the shower although it takes a bit of time to start. The water flow in the shower is not abundant but it’s ok. The place is quiet for being right in downtown, other than the usual rooster, we could not hear too much traffic noise with the windows open. The location is good, there are many restaurants near by and of course the malecón. The check in was smooth and the host is very responsive.

The stay with Elise was incredible, my family was well at ease in every corner and we were 6 adults and 2 little ones, really delighted with how comfortable and clean, take great care of the details of the interior. The pool right in front, very nice neighbors and the atmosphere of the condominium quite quiet. Elise is always attentive and solved the doubts quite quickly. The location of the property is very good if you move by vehicle, one street from the main road and very close to a supermarket and good enough easy to get to the center of the beach. I would have to stay here again

We loved our stay and all the amenities it had to offer. Quiet place with great views of the sea and sunsets. Easy to get around as there were always a ton of taxis around. Pool area was wonderful with a quiet area. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again!

The place was beautiful and very clean. Check-in was smooth, and Esperanza was there to welcome us. As a kind courtesy, they had water, beer, and fresh fruit waiting for us — such a thoughtful and personal touch I’ve never experienced before. The AC in the living room wasn’t working initially, but they sent someone quickly to fix it. The water pressure wasn’t the best, which is somewhat expected in Mexico, but it did make showers a bit difficult. All the staff were friendly and helpful — especially Jazmin Flores, the gate guard, who was incredibly kind and attentive. We wished we had explored more of the Playacar area since it has so much to offer. The location was just as described and very convenient. Overall, my friends and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Lori is an incredible host and the space was so beautiful! Great for one person or a couple. More than that (a dog), it's a bit too small for our taste.

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Our family of seven from Colorado and Utah came to scuba dive in Cozumel, and we happened to find Dave and Cristi's Paradise Condo on Airbnb. What a find! The condo was just as described and the views were stunning. The rooftop palapa was a hit for coffee in the morning, and cocktails in the evenings. Our group loved the entire atmosphere of the unit and property. After diving each day we had lunch at home or next door at Tortugas, and then chilled on the beach snorkeling and enjoying the sun before heading to town for dinner every night. Then we repeated for six days. The property manager Diana is just wonderful, and Fernando the private chef is a must hire, at least for one night if not more. I would not hesitate to book Dave and Cristi's condo again next time we dive Cozumel. 5 stars all the way!!! Thanks for a great stay at your condo guys! All the best, Jeff and the CO/UT Crew.

Loved the view from this place - so peaceful and right on the ocean shore! Very central and walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

The high location of the apartment overlooking the sea was superb. Emigdio’s unit on the 8th floor and the other unit next to it were the only ones in the building that had balconies overlooking the jungle side. It was quite nice to relax on this balcony when shaded during the late afternoons. Emigdio was definitely a 5 star host. He was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate our family and be helpful. We would be pleased to come back.

Ana is an amazing hostess; I can't give enough positive feedback!!! Traveling from a different country was a little intimidating as a novice traveler. Still, Ana made sure we had clear instructions traveling from the Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen, then to Cozumel. She was super responsive with all communications in a warm, inviting manner. Ana truly cares about the environment and the health of the island; I appreciated her dedication to being environmentally conscious/friendly. Additionally, she provided recommendations for environmentally conscious excursions like snorkeling and a reef restoration tour at Sand Dollar Sports. Aside from Ana's superb guest service, the condo was in a great location for snorkeling, just across the street. The condo was very nice, super clean, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. We did a lot of cooking, and no utensils/ pots/ pans were lacking. I was nervous about booking an Airbnb in a foreign country, but it turned out perfect!

I stayed here with my family, we were carrying a minor and an elderly person and loved it. The apartment is large, very spacious as well as the bathroom, the pool was practically for us. It is a quiet and central place, close to the airport as the center of Cozumel, you can even walk to it. In front of the condominium there is a storefront with basics and very close you find pharmacy and convenience stores like OXXO. The air conditioning works great, there is a drying area quite useful for hanging wet clothes, hammocks and outdoor furniture are quite helpful, only there are mosquitoes, but overall it's beautiful. The only small inconvenience we had is that the Internet was a little slow but in general it is the ideal place to spend a few days relaxing in Cozumel, it is also close to the Ferry pier and tours. I would definitely stay here again.
