Muy buena la estadía. Todo limpio y tal cuál como en las fotos.

el lugar es simplemente muy confortable para llegar tomarse un bañito y salir a caminar a la avenida principal, está cerca tiendas de autoservicio, restaurantes, solo consideraría que se actualizarán las políticas de uso de áreas comunes, fuera de eso estuvo excelente sin duda consideraría alojarme nuevamente 😊

Excelente alojamiento cerca de todo: 5ta avenida, transporte público, supermercado, restaurantes.. el lugar tal como se muestra en las fotos, excelente atención por parte de Vanesa y Pablo. 100% recomendable.

El lugar es todo lo que promete en las fotos Me gustaría recalcar que el lugar tiene una vista excelente al mar y que la ubicación es increíble Puntos de mejora : poner una sombrilla en la terraza - y poner nuevo inmobiliario ya que como repito el lugar vale mucho la pena Muchas gracias a Vinny por su atención

Loved our stay, so far our favourite airbnb in Mexico. Beautiful safe neighbour hood. Close to a nice beach. Well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed the deck surrounded in lush vegetation. The hosting family was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el depa. Viajamos abuelos, bebé y toddler y había suficiente espacio para todos, muy cómodo. Bianca incluso nos consiguió una cuna para la bebé. El depa está en un lugar súper tranquilo y se siente muy privado. El aire acondicionado funcionó perfecto, lo cual nos hizo la estadía aún más cómoda para aguantar el calor! Sin duda, nos hospedaríamos ahí otra vez.

Matteo and Sabina had a wonderful Airbnb and were incredibly gracious hosts. The Airbnb is a great one bedroom that is immaculately clean and prepared with all the necessary items you need. We stayed for a month and had no issues and we’re lucky to have the host clean our apartment once a week in the cleaning was done incredibly well, and the house was spotless. The neighborhood is great and it’s two blocks from CTM and only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach would highly recommend for any digital nomads or people needing a good homebase to work from. There is two dedicated dedicated work desk and great Wi-Fi.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

This was a GREAT place to stay! Perfect location and very spacious and clean. We loved it!

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Alojamiento muy recomendable!! Oswaldo fue muy amable y flexible ante cualquier pedido o consulta, respondiendo muy rápidamente y con muy buena disposición. La casa es muy linda, amplia y cómoda, contaba con todo lo necesario y todo funcionaba correctamente. Muy buena experiencia.

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Cuando vuelva a Cozumel regresaría a la misma casa, me sentí como en mi propia casa y bien recibido y atendido.

La estancia fué excelente, Halex estuvo todo el tiempo al pendiente, nos sentimos todo el tiempo como en casa, 100% recomendable y con muchas ganas de regresar. ¡Gracias por todo Halex y por todas tus atenciones!

Ulises es un excelente anfitrión. La casa de la felicidad, es una casa muy bonita, agradable, cómoda, muy limpia, en verdad tienes todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. sin duda alguna unos de los mejores Airbnb que me an tocado.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

El alojamiento se acomodo exactamente a lo que buscábamos, si quieres moverte entre varios municipios o distritos de la Riviera maya este lugar es el indicado. Muy cerca a la 5ta avenida y cercana a mamita Beach. El parqueadero y la comunicación de Carlos fue efectiva. Lo mejor de todo es que es el proceso fue extremadamente confiable.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

lugar muy limpio, muy amplio y muy comodo, excelente ubicacion

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making this our home away from home!

Although the apartment was a bit smaller than expected, there were many positives that made it worth our stay! It's walkable distance to places like laundromats, Walmart, the beach, 5th Avenue, and more! The apartment has a full size fridge/freezer and kitchenette which was helpful for us. Our host was so pleasant to be in contact with. He was helpful when we had any questions, and always responsive. Also respectful. I appreciated that! The apartment feels safe, and in a quiet area, but still close by to the action. There is a great rooftop pool that was pretty empty when we were there, and pleasant to just hang out there. To sum it up - if you're not high maintenance, don't mind a hard mattress, and are ok with a small and simple place, I'd definitely recommend booking here. It worked for us!
