At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

Colline dei Dogi is one of the 3 apartments of the villa with a private 15x6 swimming pool reserved for guests, very pleasant during the day and also in the evening if you want to dine by the illuminated pool. We are in a wonderful location about 800 meters from the center of Conegliano (50 km from Venice) on the road that leads to the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, with a bus stop and supermarket in front of the house. Very close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, riding stable, tennis, padel and gym.

The house is at the foot of the Prosecco hills and close to numerous wineries, where you can taste the specialties of the area. Located in a very quiet and peaceful area, the apartment is great for couples and families: it has a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a living area with fireplace and sofa bed

Small Alpine Tower

The Piccola Torre Alpina has a small living room, a kitchenette with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with a bunk bed on the upper floor. The building dates back to the late 18th century. Towels, soap, and a hairdryer are provided. Inside the kitchen cabinets, there are pots and dishes. Breakfast is not included. However, for those who want it, it is served in the special breakfast room. Pets are allowed.

Single house surrounded by nature with breathtaking panoramic views of the city of Belluno. It is perfect for those looking for a relaxing vacation or for those who love walks and hikes. The large garden is partially shared with the guests of Casa Cere (the large yellow house next door), but without preventing both from enjoying a private space. The heated hot tub (usable all year round) and barbecue area are shared with Casa Cere guests.
