Das kleine, gemütliche Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Nutzung bietet alles, was man braucht - ein zentraler Raum mit Küche, Esstisch, ausziehbarer Couch & kleines Bad. Im Spitzboden über eine ausziehbare Leiter zugänglich, befindet sich ein Doppelbett.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to our apartment "Janne"! The apartment is located in wonderful Mainfranken. Here, wonderful cycling & hiking trails invite you to explore the vineyards. The fully furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor with a south-facing orientation & has a magnificent view of the Wallburg Eltmann. The sun rises in the bedroom and sets on the balcony side, which promises light-flooded rooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room & a bathroom.

Our vacation home is located on the edge of the forest and consists of two apartments which can be booked individually or together, so you have the house with garden, terrace and balcony to yourselves. Next door is a playground. In the neighboring village you will find shops such as a bakery, butcher and supermarket but also recommended restaurants. Enjoy nature in the adjacent Steigerwald or take a worthwhile trip to the World Heritage city of Bamberg!
