In a 10-minute walk you can reach Lake Gröberner, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub-s, boats and flosse for a fee in the Waldressort. By bike you can explore the entire area from the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom to the Goitzsche. Also not far to Leipzig and Halle. You can reach the new FOC outlet centre in 25 minutes.

Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
