The barn is a gorgeous place to stay - it is very well appointed and comfortable with many thoughtful touches. The breakfast of homemade granola was a real treat. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the beautiful area. Natasha was extremely thoughtful and responsive to any requests.

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, friendly host and absolutely loved the addition of the ever friendly dog Seven, who we slightly fell in love with and greeted us every morning. Great location and the place had everything we needed for our stay. 2 lovely pubs in walking distance. We will def be returning to explore more the area. Breakfast was also fab and delivered to us on a tray.

An excellent place in a perfect location for appreciating the delightful village of Bosham. Very well equipped, and we appreciated the extra touches like breakfast provisions and quality linen.

What a wonderful find! Charlotte's place was perfect for us - very comfortable, a good size for two, in a friendly village but it felt really peaceful. In this weather, it was a bonus to have our own garden too. Charlotte was a great hostess - proactive communication, there upon our arrival, incredibly friendly and with plenty of recommendations for things to do, places to visit & local pubs. Her family were also friendly. We found plenty to do over the weekend - lots of walks from the doorstep, West Dean Gardens is well worth a visit. Local pubs were great too - Royal Oak & Anglesey Arms. Thank you to Charlotte and her family, we'd love to come back! 😀

Great location - Very Quiet yet within short walking distance to Milford on Sea centre with Shops, Restaurants, Pubs and the beach. Clean, comfortable and very well equiped> it had everything you need for a relaxing break. Kevin is very welcoming and helpful. Leaving cake on arrival was a nice and most welcome touch, and also the Dishwasher was a nice surprise.

We had a fantastic stay! Liz is a fabulous host and made us feel so welcome! The property is lovely, exactly as described and a really great location for visiting the new forest. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay. Jade was a wonderful host. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Jade was very accommodating and was quick to respond to requests. If I am ever in Southampton again I would definitely stay here.

This is the perfect place for us as it’s quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the Tennyson Downs to the side. The annex is clean, spacious and has everything you need, including two private outside areas where our dogs could wander free on their own. The location is perfect as it’s within easy reach of Totland, Colwell Bay, Freshwater and Freshwater Bay by car but also on foot. There are shops, takeaways, chemists, leisure facilities and restaurants nearby. Yarmouth is also only a short drive or lovely walk away along the coast and then through the woods by Fort Victoria. There are so many lovely walks that you’re spoilt for choice. Andi checked in on us a couple of times and the hosts were responsive both before and during our stay. We feel lucky to have found this perfect spot and will definitely be returning; this is our second visit and we would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in Emily's air BnB in Bosham .It was furnished to a very high standard ,spotless and very pretty with fresh flowers .The location was beautiful and quiet yet walking distance to two great pubs and harbour walks .Highly recommended .We will go again .

We had a lovely stay at deer lodge, Stephanie went above and beyond for my mums 60th. I’d highly recommend end!! A short drive away from Selsey & west wittering beach. One of our highlights was visiting the beautiful bracklesham tea rooms. Thank you so much we had the best time xx

There was plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the windows, making the entire cabin feel incredibly welcoming and cheerful throughout the day. The cabin was complete with all amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was spotless. It was truly ideal for a short break, providing a seamless and relaxing experience without any hassles. Beyond the practicality, the cabin was also nicely decorated. The tasteful touches created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. Every detail seemed to have been considered, contributing to a truly pleasant environment. Our experience was made even better by the very pleasant host. Julia was welcoming, helpful, and ensured my sister and I had everything we needed. This cabin is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bright, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable retreat with a truly pleasant host.

The Cabin was in a fanatic location to explore the new forest and the communication from Tom and Lucy prior to arrival was excellent. On arrival the space was spotlessly clean and all amenities required were to a high standard. The homemade bread and beer in the fridge was a lovely touch. On arrival there was a personal note from Tom and Lucy with local recommendations and the local pubs delivered fantastic food. Communication throughout the stay and on checkout was excellent and gave us confidence on how to leave and check out. The brewery is clearly a nice place to have on your doorstep for a quiet beer when required. Overall a great stay and we will be retuning at some point.

Beautiful, clean and such lovely decor. I always love a host that goes above and beyond and Emma does that and more. Easy check in and lots of lovely extras in the home to make the stay nicer (bread,coffee etc) thanks so much !!

Great communication from Andy & Katie prior to arrival and during our stay to check everything was ok. Thank you for the welcome pack. We had a lovely quiet and relaxing few days at The Retreat. The accommodation was excellent for the 2 of us and our dog. It was very clean and good amenities. The Trusty Cutter pub served excellent food. Great location to explore the New Forest and for dog walks. Would recommend staying here.

The Hideaway is absolutely stunning, Lisa was a wonderful host and introduced herself to us shorty after arriving . The cupboard and fridge were full of lovely goodies for us , which really was an added bonus. We spent every evening in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly 😊. We will definitely be returning in the near future, this really was the best accommodation that we have ever experienced, thank you Lisa , we look forward to seeing you again. Andrew & Sandra

My daughter and I had a great stay in the Onion Loft, a Scandinavian style tiny home next to the host's home. The accomodation is clean, spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom (great shower with hot water on demand). The hosts provide a great range of amenities and the little private garden is very nice for relaxing outside on warm evenings. Location is convenient for visiting Lymington and Milford-on-Sea, which are really lovely. It is slightly tricky to find the driveway first time, and as advertised, there are a few gym classes going on in the hut nearby in the morning and some evenings (for only one hour) but otherwise, the location is very peaceful and we slept very well! The hosts are responsive and very friendly - the Onion Loft is highy recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Salvis Hideout. Easy to find and a great welcome from Sam. It was just what we needed. Big bedrooms and TVs. Plenty of parking for two cars. We recommend and would return.

If you need a reasonable place to lay your head on the West Sussex coast, this place is perfect. There is a nursery opposite so although it is a rural location don’t go expecting it be quiet during the day. However this didn’t seem to bother us too much as we were only there for the night.

A lovely quiet little base for New Forest adventures. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and a great shower. Thank you for a great, comfortable stay!

Diane’s place was comfortable, clean, bright with natural light and quiet - home away from home. Had all that was required for an enjoyable stay including TV in the bedroom as well as the living room which had great resolution and access to NETFLIX and other apps; fully equipped kitchen including a upgraded washing machine. We were warmly greeted by Diane on our arrival who thoughtfully left a fresh pint of milk in the fridge and other ingredients for a much needed cuppa after a long day of travelling. Complementary tea biscuits were also included. I noted all the kid-friendly aspects of Diane’s place including built in steps in the bathroom for the lil ones to reach the lovely wash sink. Diane’s place was close to the beach and places to eat which served tasty and reasonably priced food and featured great service. Diane’s place is a must have and we shall definitely be returning. Thanks again Diane for contributing to a fantastic time away in IOW. Will highly recommend Diane’s place x

Karen and John were exceptionally welcoming and friendly hosts and the Cottage was in a beautiful location for riverside walks and character local pubs. Highly recommended for a cosy relaxing break in amongst beautiful surroundings. Thank you.

Practically perfect in every way A delightful stay - The Cabin is brilliantly designed - great care has obviously gone into making it a comfortable place with every amenity that one would need It’s less than a minute to the beach and the hosts - Mika and Sarah are very responsive and communicative, ideal hosts Loved the place and we’ll definitely be back (ps - title of the review is accurate but also a deliberate reference to Mary Poppins, the film which Sarah referred to in our first conversation as we arrived 😁)

What a wonderful find! The lodge was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Very cosy and private, and set in beautiful surroundings, it was a perfect bolt hole for a few nights away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing in the lodge, but there was lots to do within walking/ short drive distance. Natalie was excellent. She gave us lots of information and was really helpful and responsive to any questions we had. In summary, we can’t praise Natalie or the lodge enough. We are already considering a return trip in the autumn.
