This luxury, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded walled garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.
“Wonderful, almost tropical, hidden little spot at the back of the garden. Perfect location for exploring Exeter and South Devon with some amazing local restaurants and takeaway places. My partner and I had a wonderful time chilling here listening to music and playing cards in the late afternoon sun after a couple of great days out exploring. David was great and gave us some really good recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and bars. Top bloke. Five stars. Everyone must stay 🤘🏻”
Comfortable cosy room that can be rented as a single or twin, has tv/wifi, on road parking is available, the main bus route is a 5 minute walk and the city and quayside are within walking distance taking approximately 30 minutes to the city centre. We would like to emphasise that our home is at the top of the hill hence the superb city views.
“An absolutely immaculate spotless totally friendly home. A real gem: I had a healing lovely time staying! Debbie and Steve are fab: do go stay. They go out of their way to help and make your stay perfect. Top notch!”
