You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We ask you to not bring pets due to allergies. We are 4 miles from Fall Creek Landing on Lake Keowee and 8 miles from Lake Jocassee Devils Fork StatePark. The bed is comfortable and the futon is also great for that extra person or children. Your family will relish the convenience of this centrally located accommodation, along with spectacular views of farm animals. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is nestled on a quaint family farm, just a 5-minute drive from Interstate 85, exits 32 and 27. Conveniently positioned between Greenville and Anderson, it's also only a 20-minute drive to Clemson from the cottage. Moreover, the cottage features a fenced yard, and pets are welcome!

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Kayaks are available for rent upon request for nearby water access. A peaceful home base perfect for Clemson weekends, lake days, or a quiet getaway.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
