Ideally located, 10 minutes' walk from Arcachon Train Station and 100 metres from pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach in front of the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 metres from where the fireworks of July 14 and August 15 are fired every year.

Notre jolie maison construite en 2024 vous accueille dans un environnement calme et sûr : Idéale pour les séjours en famille, notre maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 adultes maximum et deux enfants pour un total de 8 personnes. Située à Sanguinet, à seulement 500 mètres du centre-ville et 1km du lac.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
