Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

The small guesthouse is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is close by. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (beach rental for a fee). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
