Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Whether family celebration, vacation or accommodation to be at work faster - our granny annex is perfectly located to be in Zwickau, Chemnitz or the Ore Mountains quickly. As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with a child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and get active with trampoline jumping. Included in the price are towels, sheets and final cleaning.

The approx. 50 sqm, cozy, lovingly furnished and ecologically renovated apartment in 2020 is divided into two separate rooms (bedroom, living room) with an attached kitchen (separable by a sliding door). It can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children with a large 1.80 m wide bed and a sofa bed (approx. 1.20 m wide). Attention motorsport fans: the Sachsenring is only 4 km away! There is the possibility of setting up a baby crib.

This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly restored, listed building and offers a unique ambience. Everything is housed in a spacious room, only the bathroom is separated. The open living-sleeping-cooking and dining area is flooded with lots of natural light from morning to evening thanks to the high ceilings and large wooden windows. Overall, you can expect a bright, friendly atmosphere that invites you to feel good.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Premium apartment on the farm

Our first completed apartment in old historic walls awaits you. Our memorial farm from 1872 is in a beautiful, relaxing and quiet location surrounded by meadows and fields. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.
