Renovated loft apartment in Aflenz Kurort, furnished, fully equipped kitchen, minimalist style, spacious, close to nature, for hiking (Bürgeralm, Hochschwab, and more), grilling in the garden or just enjoying the peace of wonderful views. The apartment is perfectly located to explore Aflenz on foot. Within a few minutes walk there are several restaurants, supermarket, bakery and a familiar ski area and mountain biking area. Mariazell can be reached by car within 35 minutes or public transport.

Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.
