Cocooning house located in a quiet residential area. 12-minute walk to Sannois train station and 20 minutes to Paris Saint Lazare by train. 40 kilometers from Disneyland Paris and 29 kilometers from Parc Astérix. Very pleasant bright house throughout the year and especially in summer with its garden. Parking is available on the street without any problems. Tranquility within 30 minutes of Paris, a good compromise to visit the capital. Parties are forbidden because the neighborhood is very quiet.
