Clima mediterráneo y benigno 10 meses al año. 2 habitaciones dobles y una suite. 2 baños. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno, microorndas, maquina de cafe Nespresso, esprimidor, tostadors, etc. Gran salón comedor con vistas al mar. TV satelite y AppleTV. Tiene extintor antiincendios. A 30 minutos del corazón de Barcelona, a 70 minutos de Cadaqués y a 1,15 de los Pirineos. A un minuto a pie de la playa cuyos 5 Km siguen acompañados de un paseo donde practicar running o ciclismo sin tráfico de coches. Estación de tren a 250 metros. Frecuencia de paso 10 minutos La Sierra del Montnegre y su situación en el centro del litoral catalán hace que ni los vientos de tramontana del norte ni los del sur de mistral lleguen a esta comarca. Villa que forma parte del circuito modernista catalán, donde Domenech i Montaner tenia su estudio y construcciones todavía en perfecto estado. El Castillo de Santa Florentina situada en la Villa recibe en verano los conciertos de los castillos de Catalunya de música clásica. Canet de Mar, villa marinera, los meses de verano hace honor a las fiestas tradicionales que se desarrollan en las calles. Canet de Mar es una villa tranquila y apacible con turismo fiel. Gran variedad de restaurantes en la zona con estrella Michelin. Entre 3 y 30 Km podemos encontrar 30 campos de Golf, incluidos dos de la PGA. Se aceptan reservas para mínimo 5 días en Julio y Agosto, y mínimo 3 días para el resto del año.

Alle Apartments sind mit Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage ausgestattet, um Ihnen an allen 365 Tagen des Jahres einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Zum Apartment mit kleiner Terrasse gehören als gemeinsam benutzter Bereich für alle Gäste auch der Garten, die Sommerküche sowie der Poolbereich mit Poolterrasse. Diese beträgt bei uns 1,10€ pro Person und Übernachtung - maximal aber 7,70€ pro Person und Aufenthalt.
