I thought the place was super unique and cute. The under eave inside the bedrooms was great for my kids. to be in the room with me but have their own space to sleep.

Sandy and Joy’s place was fabulous! The home is comfy and centrally located to the downtown area and beaches. The rooftop deck was a great spot for our family to hangout and enjoy the sun and sunsets. Joy is very easy to work with and is very responsive to requests. We’ll stay here again on a future Santa Barbara trip.

This apartment is unbelievably adorable! Super clean, charming, and centrally located. The beds were so comfy too. Would definitely stay here again. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. 5 stars all around!

The place is beautiful, clean and new inside. It is in a nice location next to the beach, State Street and the Funk Zone. It is near the freeway, so there is a bit of traffic noise, but not enough to really notice. One note of warning is the tree over the #7 parking spot leaks sap. We had to go to the car wash to get it all removed before it hardened on our car. Everything came off but just be aware. All in all, we had a great time.

The apartment is more roomy than I thought it would be and close to the ocean. Extremely comfortable king size bed, nice big couch. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. There's even a secured garage. I absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful apartment!!

This spot has everything you need and is close to Linden for great food at shops. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. We had a great stay!

We just spent 2 days and we would love to have more days in there. all matches with the descriptions and more. Very clean, all you need to have everything in hand, highly recommended. Walking distance to the beach, we still remember beautiful sunsets, and walking distance to a street full of restaurantes, and Montecito is lovely.

We loved the house and would be perfect for two couples or just one like us. It is an easy house to live in with everything you need as the kitchen is equipped with serving dishes and cookware. The hot tub was clean and 104 when we arrived.

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! Everything from check in to check out was very easy. The house was very clean with sufficient amenities. The location is quiet but with several restaurants and a great coffee shop within close walking distance.

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

We traveled to the area for wine tasting and this was a great starting point. The deck, privacy, and view were exactly what we were looking for. As a bonus, there were new fluffy towels and amazing water pressure. Glad we chose this property.

Nice house in Santa Barbara in a quiet neighborhood. Just a quick drive from the beach and downtown. The spa is a great amenity to relax after a day out .

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

David told me about their new black couch and it’s super nice and comfy right in front of the fireplace and TV. Everything is just like the photos and the amenities were very thoughtful from Hand soaps to bath soaps. I’d love to come back to this place again when planning to visit the beach with my significant other

We had a great stay with Avi, visiting our son at UCSB, and will for sure be back! After several visits staying at hotels we wanted something where we could cook and have more down time space but still be close to downtown. Avi’s place was perfect - he was super responsive, the apartment looked exactly at pictured and the location can’t be beat. As a bonus the bed was super comfortable. :) Would highly recommend!
