450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels. Apartment is located behind the main home and shares a wall with it. Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small. There is a room dividing curtain between the bedroom and the sitting area/kitchen. Guests have their own parking and entrance. Hot tub and large fenced in backyard are semi-private. Hot tub is for guest use only. Owner run and operated.
