In winter, the ski bus stop is only a few meters away and in no time you are in the ski carousel. Children can run around freely, as no road passes by the house. On the contrary, right outside the front door begins a hiking trail, the so-called "Via Crucis".

The Vergissmeinnicht house is 1 km from the center of Selva Gardena, easily reached by free bus or a 15-minute walk. In summer, it's near the hiking trails to Ciampinoi, Monte Pana and Alpe di Siusi. In winter, starting from the house with skis on your feet, you arrive directly on the Sasslong B ski slope of Ciampinoi connected with the Sella Ronda area.
