For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. Our apartment is located in the peaceful village of St. Magdalena and offers a magnificent view of the Geisler Peaks, which are part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. The small apartment is on the first floor of a residential building and is simply yet lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment also includes a garage. The Villnöss Valley is easily accessible by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

In winter, starting from the house with skis on your feet, you arrive directly on the Sasslong B ski slope of Ciampinoi connected with the Sella Ronda area.
