Apartment holiday rentals in Santa Cruz Department

Such a great apartment in a lovely area. We did have problems with checking in and had to wait an hour because the apartment personnel didn’t have the correct instructions.

We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.

Mariela war äusserst freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell und zuverlässig auf Anliegen reagiert. Zudem war sie flexibel was die Aufenthaltsdauer betraf und immer hilfsbereit jnd zuvorkommend. Ich kann ihre Wohnung nur empfehlen! Es hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Warmes Wasser und funktionierenden Herd sowie eine intakte Klimaanlage. Der Check-In ist einfach und verständlich.

It was a perfect apartment (with 4 separate bedrooms) for me and my friends in Santa Cruz. Lots of space for everyone, great views from the 12th floor. We stayed there for 2 weeks so I can definitely vouch for Andrea's apartment. I would definitely rent it again. Security guards at the main gate keep a good tab of everyone going in and out so it definitely feels safe. Gracias Andrea!

Alojamiento muy agradable, cómodo y acogedor. Muy lindo patio con piscina. Anfitriones flexibles y amigables.

Desde el comienzo se apersonalizo con nosotras y nos guio muy bien. y cuando llegamos al hospedaje nos ayudo su guia viajera y recomendaciones. la casa muy limpia y con todo lo neceaario. la seguridad y la piscina estuvieron de maravilla. recomendamos este hospedaje a visitantes del extranjero por que esta cerca a cosaa necesarias como un lugar de compras, entretenimiento y disversion sobre todo se puede hacer todo a pie si lo prefieren. De 10 puntos tienen 20 para nosotras.

El anfitrión mostró predisposición ante cualquier duda o problema, la comunicación fue fluida y las instrucciones claras. El lugar es el mismo de las fotografías, se encontraba limpio y tenía todo tipo de facilidades (platos, tasas, utensilios, escoba)

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en Santa Cruz y a ello ha contribuido este alojamiento cómodo y acogedor en el que nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. Es tal como se muestra en las fotografías y dispone de todo lo necesario, incluso de una piscina y área social de libre acceso, todo muy limpio. Hay servicio de seguridad las 24 horas y está ubicado en el mejor sector de la ciudad, con todo muy a mano. Más económico que alojamientos similares en la misma zona. Verónica, nuestra anfitriona, fue muy amable y respondió con prontitud a todas nuestras dudas.

Muy buena opción para 1 persona o una pareja. El baño es pequeño (particularmente el lavabo por su tamaño y ubicación es algo incómodo de utilizar) pero nada que impida disfrutar una excelente experiencia. Destacables las amenities del edificio en su 8vo piso. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme aquí.

We had a nice and comfortable stay. Beds were amazing. The apartment is fully equipped and it’s very homey. There’s a balcony, which we didn’t realize was there until we got to the place. It was a nice surprise and a good place to have our dinner.

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful, patient, and accommodating of various changes I had to make to the reservation because of a family emergency. Highly recommend.

O apartamento é igual ao anúncio, muito espaço e estava bem limpo. Conta com aquecimento de água a gás que garante um banho bem quente. O Juan é muito gentil e nos atendeu rapidamente em todas as demandas. Foi uma estadia muito boa e tranquila.
