Apartment holiday rentals in Santa Fe

Maxine was a wonderful & proactive hostess. Home was exactly as advertised. It is not in the heart of Santa Fe, but it is priced accordingly and the area it is in offers easy access to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and more. It's also very close to Meow Wolf (an experience we recommend). It was a very quiet neighborhood. Maxine's home offered many touches that other rentals forget about, including a comfortable outside area, smart TVs ready-to-go, comfortable inside seating, and more. The front and back screen doors allow for a wonderful crossbreeze to take advantage of the nice climate there. We never needed the AC. Along with skylights throughout the house, it felt good to use almost 0 electricity while we were there (vs our home in hot Texas). Definitely recommend staying here if you want comfort and silence, but want to avoid the exorbitant pricing of downtown Santa Fe.

We come to Santa Fe often to visit our kids & grandkids. Our stay was made better by having a such a nice place to stay. Omar, our host, was always available, friendly, & helpful. Omar’s house was well furnished & the kitchen had everything needed to be able to do as much or as little cooking as you wanted. Check-in & check-out was easy-peasy. A great stay. Will certainly try to stay there again. Thank you Omar.

This place was so lovely! Great location that’s very walkable to the main plaza, peaceful, beautifully decorated, well appointed with good amenities, and super clean. Definitely added to our overall great experience visiting Santa Fe for a long weekend. Getting into the community and parking was a challenge because there’s lots of codes to deal with and some confusion due to their constant changing by the condo management, but the place was so fantastic it made it all worth the extra effort. I highly recommend it!

Loved the location, the decor and the feel of the place. It was clean and comfortable. We really liked it. Bathroom configuration was a bit odd and not very private with no locking doors. And barn doors on bedrooms left small openings to see in, but if privacy isn’t a huge concern no worries. We really liked the place!

The apartment was great! Very comfortable and convenient, and the perfect option for a weeklong stay. Megan and Matthew were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with, and everything was as described.

This place exceeded our expectations for our New Years ski trip! The condo was spacious and clean, with two cute balconies and an excellently equipped kitchen. We had two adults and two grown kids in our party, and we had plenty of lounge and dining space in the common areas. We cooked several meals, and had everything we needed including pots, pans, pyrex, and food storage. Coffee, tea, and basic spices were stocked. The location was great! Walking distance to The Plaza, shops and restaurants. we could see the NYE fireworks from the living room, so we didn’t have to go out at midnight in the cold. It was super safe with an entry gate at the driveway and keypad entry. We cant thank Lois enough, and hope to return next year!

Everything was great! Jeanne and Jim were very attentive in all our communications and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Albuquerque, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-equipped place with excellent value.

We wanted to stay another night but unfortunately it was booked. Patti was super prompt in responding to my request do we could make other plans. The place was exactly what we wanted

This was a wonderful Airbnb experience. Location was amazing, wonderful to be able to walk to downtown Santa Fe. Place was well-stocked, comfortable, quiet. Lovely to have lunch at the table in the yard, comfy to watch a tv show in the living room after a long day before bed. AC works well and place stays nice and cool during the day. My only complaint is the punitive cancellation policy, though that seems to be par for the course in Santa Fe.

Perfect place to stay and perfect size for 2. Great location to interstate and local stores and food. Would recommend for anyone to stay here.

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. This is my 2nd stay here, and I look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for letting us stay again, John! It is a lovely little home! 😁

Good solid stay. We had some trouble on check-in, mostly around how hot the room was, and the entire family rallied to help us... daughter helped us get settled in, wife boosted AC and cooling systems, and husband came by the next morning to start up dormant swamp cooler. They gave us extra comp, too. Lovely family who helped us feel better and welcomed. We had a great stay. The other days were fabulous on both facilities and location close to the art & crafts road (Canyon) and near downtown. We had a great time.

Great stay — great location, walkable to so many wonderful downtown locations but the Airbnb itself is on a quiet street. It’s very clean and has a very comfortable amount of space. Lastly, there are lots of thoughtful local recommendations in the binder in the home. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is full of charm! Close to the center on foot (even if it goes up a little) and very quiet. Great for a few days stay.

Beautiful large house with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Wonderful pool. Great views!

Great spot! Perfect for two couples here for a weekend wedding. If the main parking lot is full, you need to park at the bottom of the hill near the road which can be tricky. A guy tried to get into my car one night in that lot, so bring all your stuff inside, but the area seems quite safe.

Great location for exploring Santa Fe on foot!

A great little condo that is very well located. We walked to the Plaza and dinner. It was very clean and the perfect size for us and our two teenage daughters. (We didn't spend a ton of time in the room excerpt to sleep. 😊) They said the sofabed was very comfortable especially compared to others they have slept on. Brook was great to work with & very helpful with questions!
