South Capitol Adobe

Our centrally located adobe studio (220sq ft)is equidistant to the Downtown Plaza, Canyon Road and Railyard District. Located in the heart of Santa Fe, you can walk to nearby grocery store (Kaune's), coffee shop (Ohori's) and the Santa Fe Pick-Up which is a free public transportation service for around town destinations. We have a second rental on site if you are traveling with another group. We also have a sauna, hot tub and cold plunge available for guests, booked and payed for separately.

Relax in comfort with radiant heat, extra-deep baths, and cotton sheets. The centerpiece of the house is the large and well-appointed kitchen, which has a table that can seat up to 12. It also doubles as a great work space. This quiet place has amazing light that makes it a great arts, writing, or work retreat.

You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting neighborhoods. We are are centrally located in a local arts neighborhood, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. If you want to stay in the touristy historic district-- not us. Also, no TV; but stream on 300 MPS wifi. Your super clean, elegant room, full of eclectic art, has a comfy king size bed, full kitchen, fridge, couch, table & private deck-- perfect for catching exquisite sunset views.

Historic compound, Tres Casitas, featured in Rizzoli Publication: “Casa Santa Fe”. The iconic pink gate “festooned with Milagros” opens into a spectacular courtyard with a grand fountain, outdoor kiva fireplace, wisteria covered portal lounge and dining area. Casita Rosa is a spacious studio with full kitchen, kiva fireplace and private back patio shaded by an apricot tree. One block from Canyon Road and minutes walking to The Plaza. Quaint, quiet, old world spirit and memorable charm.

You will find our casita down a peaceful, private lane next to the river. It is within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown plaza. This newly built casita is self contained with a full kitchen, one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer. Radiant heat keeps you toasty in the winter and ceiling fans provide cool air in the summer. There is a beautiful courtyard between the casita and main house with a rock fountain.

Private use of the pool (unheated and refreshing), hot tub, labyrinth and gas BBQ. Pool is uncovered in a natural setting.
