We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

A tranquil oasis of a place set in beautiful gardens, a fantastic pool and with very welcoming and generous hosts. We, a family of 4, spent 5 nights here in July and had a wonderful time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but having a car in the July heat made everything a good bit more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Vincenzo was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a lift from and to the train station. The flat is great, very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for the vacation. It is a bit small for five people but still worked great for us (two adults and three 16 year old). Already for 4 or 3 people it is great, for two you will have plenty of space. The location is fantastic, a minute away from the beach (and the bay itself is worth the trip), a couple minutes away from a bakery (you can buy wine where as well!), few minutes away from a supermarket and pizzeria. It is not directly at the bay which is a good thing, as it is quite at night (streets near the bay are active and loud till late). All-in-all, highly recommended, an excellent choice for a vacation. Definitely coming back again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Perfect place to live in the middle of Palermo! You can reach everything on foot and you are right in the middle of Palermo's life! Sven was quick to reach and super friendly! Perfect for a city stay!

This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is in a gorgeous building that is easily walkable and has lots of restaurants and bars. Lydia was very sweet and helpful, giving us awesome recommendations. We would love to be back in Palermo someday and of course book our stay here!

My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and loved it. The view is absolutely incredible. It is only a short walk down to the beach and local amenities. The host was very helpful and reliable. She provided local recommendations and assisted us with transfers from the train station and to the airport. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would be very happy to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at Melania's apartment. Nice apartment that has everything you need and with incredibly central location, walking distance to everything. Very unique and interesting with the market outside the door, you really get to enjoy the energy of Palermo, we sat daily on the balcony and enjoyed it all (very big contrast with Sweden :-). In the evenings it was quiet as the market closes later in the afternoon so it was a perfect balance. Melania is the perfect host! Professional, smooth and very good communication. Everything flowed super smoothly. We also got many great tips on things to see and local restaurants. Can really recommend Melania's apartment and will definitely stay here again next time it will be Palermo.

Giovanni was a fantastic host. He accommodated our needs for checkin. The view from the rooms was beautiful and even more beautiful from the outside terrace and rooftop deck it was walkable to so many great restaurants and all that we wanted to see in Palermo. He gave great recommendations and was very responsive if we had questions. The air conditioning worked great and the basket of goodies and water were such a welcome treat to get us started so that we didn’t have to get things after our long flight. Hope we will be back!

Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the space was both comfortable and stylish. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, Angelo was so kind and welcoming—he took the time to get us fully situated and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us some amazing local recommendations which helped us make the most of our time in Palermo. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Dorothée and Vito's. It has all the amenities you would need and very comfortable. Our hosts were very kind and friendly; made us feel at home. We loved the dogs, Kika and Gasto and Puma the cat! Would definitely recommend.

Ok, so many people mention the flights of stairs. so, ignoring that. the property is very quiet given it is in the heart of old town Palermo. Air con is effective, the property is smart/chic, the location is amazingly central with short walks to major sightseeing areas. We sat on terraced an soaked in the sun, the sounds and watched the Swifts soaring. Antonio was flexible and helpful. you should also take note of he's house recommendations for all local amenities... excellent. Grazie Antonio.

This apartment was beautiful, spacious & in the perfect spot!! Our host recommended Silvia for our tour, gave us great restaurant recommendations, which just added so much to the trip. I could not recommend a better place in Palermo!

First time using airbnb and could not have asked for a better experience, fantastic host who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the surroundings. The place itself was spotless and identical to the pictures I have not one complaint, highly recommend to both new and regular users of airbnb.

Not only was it close to the absolute best restaurants, But this was some 5 star living, almost didn’t want to leave this place was so cool! A spa and little hang out up the top and great space to watch tv after a big day of sun. Definitely recommend Palermo staying here!! Couldn’t have done better! Beautiful place to stay! Lovely host!

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

We loved Fabio’s place. It was a great location within walking distance of most of the sights of Palermo. The accommodations were very clean and extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Very nice accommodation! The place is very central, the apartment is above a bar in a street full of restaurants. This does mean that it can be very noisy at night, until late. Alessandro had, however, very sweetly laid down earplugs. The apartment itself was neat, clean and organized. You have everything you need. Alessandro himself responds quickly and kindly and you get a lot of tips for the area!

Luis was very responsive and kind. The condo was immaculate.

The apartment is lovely, looks exactly like the photos. Very nice beds, linen and towels. We were really happy with the place and the perfect location if you want to be in the centre of Palermo. Only issue is the noise. I thought it would be ok since we were there Sunday to Wednesday but it was very noisy every night. Possibly all of central Palermo would have the same problem. Also check the suitability of the stairs and railing if you have small children.
