Two-room apartment in the village, the historic center of Pontassieve, on the 2nd floor of a small condominium without an elevator, a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station with frequent trips to Florence (23 minutes), Mugello, Consuma, Vallombrosa and the luxurious The Mall Outlet. Consisting of 1 bedroom with reclining single bed, TV, large wardrobe and 2 windows overlooking the river and the Medici bridge, 1 kitchen-living room with Google Cast TV, sofa convertible into single bed and 1 bathroom with shower.

This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

This beautiful property is the ideal destination for those who want to experience and enjoy true Italian country living, recommended for families. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (which is located a few tens of meters from the villa in its own land ) and JACUZZI (located in the garden of the villa ) are open for our guests from June until the end of September.

Vineyard location, 30 minutes to Florence

A comfortable little studio for two. Just right for an easy, low-cost escape into the Tuscan countryside. Located on a lovely vineyard, and Florence is just 30 minutes away too! Reached by a farm road through the Nipozzano vineyards. Take the panoramic walk up to the 11th century Castello, where you can taste the prestigious wines. The studio has a cooking corner for simple at-home catering. Also its own shady garden space and private terrace with vineyard views.

Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Taking a break amongst nature and culture

The property is situated in the hills of Tuscany, just 30 minutes from Florence, in an area that is rarely visited by tourists and which still retains its traditional Tuscan charm. It is an old stone farmhouse, originally built as the summer residence of the local Bishop. The large house is subdivided into two parts; guests will be using the main portion of the house, while a smaller part is kept empty but not available for guests.
