Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

L’appartamento è molto pulito e assolutamente come in foto, Giuseppe è stato davvero tanto disponibile, presente, attento a tutti i dettagli per farti avere l’esperienza, la coccola, di casa tua ma in vacanza. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare rende tutto spettacolare, l’unica nota dolente è stata dover andar via! Torneremo sicuramente, un pensiero anche per Daniel che ci ha aiutato con lettini e ombrellone, gentilissimo anche lui, sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato assolutamente.

Isabella è stata gentile e reattiva a tutte le nostre domande assistendoci costantemente per tutto il nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento è molto carino e curato, si trova in prima linea sul lungomare a pochi passi da ristoranti, gelaterie, spiagge e diversi servizi. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione ottima per vacanze e viaggi d’affari.

Wir waren zu fünft in Erika‘s Appartement und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Erika war super nett, hat schnell auf Anfragen/Änderungswünsche reagiert und hatte hilfreiche Tipps parat. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern, im Frühsommer Essen auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, wunderbar! Super Anbindung nach Rom und die Möglichkeit schon vor dem Frühstück ins Meer zu springen- einfach traumhaft. Die Infrastruktur in dem kleinen Ort bietet alles für ein paar ruhige Tage- Cafés, Restaurants, Supermarkt-alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂

Wonderful place to stay! Wish it could have been for longer. I received such a lovely and warm welcome from the host and her neighbour - they even came out to assist me with my luggage even though the apartment is very close to the train station. The place has a lovely energy, and the balcony (the main reason I chose it) was perfect! It has a hanging chair and two other seats. It gets the sun in the morning which is a beautiful way to wake up, and then you get shade in the afternoon which is perfect for relaxing outside. It's on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and faces the train tracks so the balcony is not overlooked. The bed was comfy, everything was super clean, and I had everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

Siamo rimasti entusiasti della struttura deliziosa, pulita e accogliente. La consiglio vivamente a tutti i tipi di famiglia per soggiornare in tranquillità e serenità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es bietet genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Place was great and as expected, but linens and towels could have been nicer. We were just there a couple of days before embarking on our cruise. My teenage daughter really liked the town. We felt safe there.

Eine besondere Unterkunft, nicht das Übliche. Du hast das Gefühl zu Gast in einem Museum zu sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert, der Geist der Architekten ist überall zu spüren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Romana hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, ein toller Service. Sie hat rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und die Rückfahrt nach Rom zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. 🤩 Sie war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Erforderliche war vorhanden. Von der Dachterrasse hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer.

This house was the highlight of our trip! It was absolutely perfect, comfortable, clean and beautiful right on the beach. It is the perfect place to relax before or after being on an airplane. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making the check in process easy, giving us local recommendations, and making us feel welcome.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar (5-15 Minuten). Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Alles super.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (5, 7), Aufenthalt 1 Woche. Wir konnten spontan früher einchecken und später am Tag auschecken. Giulia war immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig mit wunderschöner Aussicht und Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür! 🏖️ Die Bewohner der oberen Haushälfte waren sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Mitbekommen haben wir uns nur am Strand. Es hat nirgends nach Rauch gerochen. Eine Parkmöglichkeit an der Bundesstraße haben wir immer für 2 Autos gefunden. In einem Zimmer ist die Bundesstraße und der nächtliche Zug sehr deutlich hörbar. Das Fenster war aufgrund der Temperaturen immer auf. Die Meeresbrise sorgte meist für ausreichend Abkühlung mit offenen Fenstern auch am Tag. Eine vorhandene Lampe inkl Verlängerungskabel für ein Abendessen am Strand ist vorhanden. Auch den Katamaran und Surfbrett, durften wir nutzen. Ein Ausflug nach Rom mit Zugfahrt ab S. Severa, online Buchung der Zugtickets!, war sehr unkompliziert möglich

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.
