Two full bathrooms with bathtub. 45 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from Girona airport. Very well equipped, with air conditioning and heating. Gardens and playground next to the property.

LA GUÀRDIA is a 70-hectare agricultural and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. I always try to offer very reasonable prices and am working on small things that make a stay truly pleasant and memorable, in return I hope that you will treat my apartments with respect they deserve!

House with a pool and barbecue

House with garden and pool for 1 couple alone or with a child, or three adults. The pool and barbecue are totally private. An ideal place to rest and disconnect from everyday life. My husband and I live in the upper part. It is totally independent. One pet is allowed with a supplement: small €10, medium: €15 per stay, but pets are not allowed on the sofa or bed, nor will they be allowed in the pool. Always ask about pets.

The apartment has a living room, bathroom, a spacious room with double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed that converts into two single beds. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. small gallery where available washing machine. It is possible to charge electric cars in the street next to the apartment.

Our apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, the pool is common to all tenants (the residence has 2 units)
