A few minutes from the Santa Maria della Misericordia Hospital (bus stop 1 min.), 15 min. from the historic center and 13 from the mini-meter. Quiet, comfortable and finely furnished. Convenient free parking. It is located in Perugia in the residential district of Prepo, above the commercial area of via Settevalli, 6 km from the center, 3 km from the railway station and near the S. Maria della Misericordia hospital.

Portion of two-family, Villa Caini, is immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. It is in a strategic location between Lake Trasimeno and Perugia and a few kilometers from the highway exit, useful to reach the main cultural, food and landscape centers of Umbria. It is also in a location sheltered from the chaos of the nearby town where there are bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies, to spend days in total relaxation with family or friends.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
