Going down the staircase, it leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. On the left is the bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and includes a double box spring. In the living room you will find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. You can also enjoy the large private front garden with lounge area and dining table.

The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

Geniet van de rust en mooie zonsondergang en maak gerust gebruik van onze BBQ of vuurhaard. Beschikt over 4 pits gasfornuis met oven en grill. NB. Er is een nieuw toilet gebouw met douche aanwezig.
