The Marie country house is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house just for you. Here is a place to feel good, to switch off, to come to rest. No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

Welcome to the holiday idyll on the edge of the forest. The property is located on our property, surrounded by the unique nature of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Sommersdorf is located in the beautiful "Mecklenburg Switzerland" and directly on Lake Kummerow. The surroundings invite you to a wide variety of leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

In the middle of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - idyllically located and surrounded by forests and lakes – lies our listed farm. The uniquely quiet location invites you to linger. Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019.
