Holiday rentals with a patio in Sarteano

We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located apartment! The house is wonderfully quiet with a Tuscan postcard view - a real highlight, especially by the pool. After a small start-up hitch (half as wild and quickly clarified), we got exactly the apartment we had booked - and it absolutely matched the description. The hosts were super warm, helpful and always trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We especially enjoyed the optional Italian breakfast - delicious, lovingly made and with a lot of charm. Perfect location to explore the surroundings, from small villages to larger cities everything was easily accessible. A great place to relax and enjoy - we will be happy to come back!

Thanks for a memorable stay in Umbria! We were thrilled from the start. Annalisa and Ulli are very warm and welcoming hosts who have very special recommendations for the area. The location is perfect to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We were there for three weeks to work; the Wi-Fi works on the entire premises, so you can also sit on your laptop in beautiful shady spots under the pergola or by the pool. We will remember this beautiful time for a long time!

The hosts were very kind and stayed up to let us in after we were late from travel troubles. The place itself was very clean, although I would like to point out a couple of things. Make sure to read the description of the place as you will find that this is not an actual apartment but instead a renovated top floor in the in the villa of the host. In addition, the ceilings are much shorter than they appeared in the pictures with a large percentage of the room being under 1.5m. But if shorter ceilings don't bother you then this is the place for you.

Extremely evocative place, you can breathe history sleeping in a 700-year-old home. A good starting point to visit part of Umbria and Tuscany. To be reported a little cool in the spring, perhaps due to the thick walls one meter. Very kind and helpful guest, he welcomed us and accompanied us on a tour of the village, although it was strange to have to show off my stained English in Umbria!

Chris's place is so nice, we loved every minute there. it is very specious, clean and fits the lovely atmosphere of beautiful citta della fieve's old town. highly recommend!

Antonella was a great host and this was a very nice place to stay! The garden is very peaceful and the views are great.

We had a nice stay at Villa Emma. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the patio was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The apartment is close to a playground, shop, restaurants, and a quick drive to farms and surrounding towns. Deborah provided a crib for our baby and her restaurant had high chairs, which we really appreciated. The included breakfast at her lovely restaurant was delicious and convenient. She also left a welcome bottle of prosecco for us in the apartment. When we had car trouble, she quickly found a mechanic to look at our car. She was very responsive and helpful and made it a wonderful trip to Tuscany!

The stay with Andreas and Natchana was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

My partner and I stayed in the little house for a weekend and everything was perfect: from the welcome of the hosts, to the structure (decor, amenities, garden, pool and silence) and finally the view. As soon as we can, we'll definitely be back!

Silvia’s house is modern and new. Spotlessly clean and very large. All Bedrooms have large beds, tons of space and lots of storage. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. They are super responsive and quick as well. We ran into a couple of problems but they immediately responded to resolve the concern. I would highly recommend and love to return in the future. Great space for a large group or family.

I had a wonderful time staying at this place. The location is quiet and ideal for enjoying the beauty of the Tuscan landscape to the fullest – perfect for escaping everyday life. The apartment was just perfect for us: very nicely furnished, cozy and it really lacked nothing. Everything was clean and exactly as described. I would come back anytime!

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

Very nice apartment. On the one hand, in the historical center of Orvieto, on the other hand in a fairly quiet place. Perfectly located for walking in this beautiful town. Incredibly friendly owner, always in touch and very welcoming. I recommend this option for accommodation in Orvieto to everyone!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Dominik’s house became our home away from home. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We will miss our lunches sitting outside on the front balcony, our afternoon cocktails on the back balcony, and watching the sun set from our kitchen window. Because of my special needs Dominik went out of his way to accomodate and help. Il Nuvoloso is everything you would expect for an Italian vacation. We hope to be able to return again one day. We definitely would recommend Il Nuvoloso as a perfect place to stay. Thank you Dominik for all you have done to make our stay perfect. Big hug to Celeste and the staff.
