Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Magnifico is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment (1 double room, 1 twin room and 1 single room - max occupancy 5 people) located in the Villa Ortaglia Property and surrounded by tuscan hills and with a view over Florence. With a shared outdoor swimming pool , the pool, shared with 2 other apartments is located under the appartments and is 10 meters per 12 meters and deep 1.40 meters. We are located at 20mn drive from the center of Florence.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

The "Locanda di Goethe" is a charming loft located in the historic center of Loiano, a small mountain village on the Futa State Road 65, the beautiful road that connects Bologna to Florence. The loft is housed in a historic building, the same one that Goethe mentioned in his "Italian Journey". The warm and enveloping style of the interiors, the exposed tub and the rocking chairs will make you live a unique and unforgettable experience.

The house is 3.9 km from the train station; it is not recommended to walk to it as the road is very busy. The bus stop for Pistoia is 450 mt away, and the bus stop for Prato is 1.3 km away
